My Vegan Paradise ramen was ready to-go within 10 minutes. The bean sprouts were fresh, and the tofu was the prefect balance between crispy and tender.

We stopped here on a whim because our favorite noodle restaurant was packed. I'm so greatful they have some vegan options!! I didn't read the entire menu.. I just asked for a vegan recommendation and they hooked me up. The food wasn't as flavorful as my favorite spot, but the service was fantastic. The cook was especially friendly. I would visit again simply because of the great service! I hope they eventually add more vegan options.

Some ramen is better than no ramen - Edit
Ordered the Vegan Paradise and it was quite frankly, unimpressive. They didn’t include the gyozas, so didn’t get to try them. But without, the dish was just plain noodles, unseasoned tofu, and a simple miso broth. There was nothing extraordinary about this place, but regardless, thankful for the vegan options. I can’t speak for the rest of the vegan options here, so there is still hope!
