Serves meat, vegan options available. Gluten-free kitchen designed to be special-diet friendly. Offers a variety of hearty sides and tossed entrée salads, appetizers and "big bites." Breads, pizza crusts, and desserts are made without egg or dairy. Vegan could get a mac and cheese or the kale and mushroom dip. Sources local and non-gmo ingredients, and composts its kitchen waste. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-9:00pm.

I worked at Fresh Thymes during my undergrad at CU and LOVED it. The food is always so fresh, the majority is sourced locally and everything is delicious, though much of the menu changes seasonally which is awesome! (App won't let me give 5 stars bc it does serve meat as the restaurant is based on a Palo diet.)

This place is great. They have a couple of good vegetarian and vegan options. Everything is fresh and very delicious. Try the mushroom tacos.
