Only one vegan option for lunch, and that was a mixed salad plate - raw salad, cucumber and carrot. Which was nice but inspiring. Asked if dish of the day could be veganised, but was refused (and in my view was totally doable, as all I was asking was to replace the fish cake with salads so I could have the sides it came with)

Staff don't look too happy here. Shame as coffee is good.
Pros: coffee , outdoor seating , clean loos
Cons: just one vegan dish , staff too tired to help, smoothies too expensive for what they are

Generally speaking, the food is great here and there are lots of good veggie options. The staff, however, leave a lot to be desired. I asked waiter whether a rice salad was vegetarian, only to find out it had diced chicken in it. I managed to spot this before swallowing. When I told the manager, her response was "well, you're still alive, aren't you?". I think that says everything about how much respect F&E have for vegetarians and vegans!

Read moreI had a latte with coconut milk, I had already half of it when I remembered to take the picture..duh! But have to say the coffee here is amazing. For main I had a large salad plate with 3 different types of vegan salads and a side bowl of hot sweet potato and courgette in a spicy tomato sauce.
All the food is made fresh by the chef on the premises and the menu changes daily.
I couldn't resist the chocolate vegan cake which was amazing, I was so surprised to find out that the meringue was made from chick pea juice! tasted awesome and the staff here are so kind and friendly!
I was even allowed to bring my dog inside, who sat on a bench next to me.
Perfect spot for lunch or dinner.
Pros: Great quality food, Healthy and good cakes, The best coffee ever!
Cons: No wheelchair ramp
