Great vegan options - Edit
Had the most delicious vegan brownie and hot chocolate here today - very impressed! Great to see multiple vegan options on breakfast and lunch menu too. Very thoroughly labelled dietary requirements on menus. Staff super sweet and knowledgable on vegan options (oat milk > almond milk in hot choc!) - just perfect for a few moments of calm in between shopping.

Great coffee (with oat milk) and excellent cakes, with ingredients very clearly stated at the counter. Friendly staff. Not cheap but good quality stuff

Plush and pleasant premises in the middle class delusional comfort zone of John Lewis no less. Quite formal and slightly more effort required to get a coffee but boy was the coffee good. Hell, the coffee was great and so it should be for £2.75 a bash with a jug of oat milk on the side. Didn’t check the food menu out but we did overhear people talking about vegan options they were about to order. Nice spot, great window seats but one visit is more than enough for me.

Located within John Lewis, this is now my favourite F&U outlets mainly because there is a more relaxing atmosphere and a good view over Eldon Square. Accessibility is a bit an issue if you can't use the escalator so best to enter through the store on floor 7. On this visit it was for a delicious dark chocolate and orange brownie, vegan hot chocolate and my usual Americano. The vegan hot chocolate is well worth your attention. My wife loved it. It is slightly more expensive to eat in rather than takeaway, but sometimes you need to pay that little extra sometimes. I would love to sample more of the menu next time, especially the supper club so for now it will be a solid 3* rating.
