Good, but room for improvement - Edit
Cakes taste good, not great. somehow lacking some depth of flavor and they are quite heavy. Price was quite high (1100 HUF per piece). It’s worth a try, but there are cheaper and better places in Budapest.

Ordered a coffee and a cake.the cake was very nice and the coffee was good.the sitting area is upstairs and it is complicated to get up with the coffee (i was afraid to fall).very hot upstairs

Sugar free cake - Edit
Awesome small bakery which offers sugar free cake (should be all vegan). They have a huge variety of cakes. The staff was very friendly and there are also two tables on the first floor, So f you want to sit inside.

There was a good selection of cakes, all of which looked nice and cost the same (900 HUF, or around 3€). We ordered a pistachio, a walnut chocolate and a marzipan cake. They tasted good, but not mind-blowingly so.

Unfortunately, there were no other sweets when we were there, I had been looking forward for other treats as well.

A nice little pastry shop with delicious cakes, none of them contain sugar, gluten and soy. (They use eritrit as sweetener)

They couldn't find my order - Edit
I've ordered a cake for my sister's birthday on Monday from their website and I wrote that I'm gonna pick it up on Friday. The next day I've got a confirmation e-mail from the bakery that I did my order right, so I thought everything is fine (important to note that the e-mail was sent by a human, it was not an automated confirmation mail, a human person wrote it and sent it to me).
Read moreSo it's Friday afternoon, I'm at the bakery and they are telling me that they can't find my order. They tried to convince me that maybe I've wrote someone else's name or something like that, but then I told them I've got an e-mail so they checked and even tho I've had that e-mail, so they probably knew at least my e-mail address, they couldn't find my order, they said that it's odd and that "It's the first time since we opened the bakery". So I was like okay, it's Friday late-afternoon and I need a full vegan cake for this evening... They told me they can give me another cake because luckily they've had a fully cake ready without an owner. I said okay, then I'm gonna buy that one, even tho that's not what I've ordered and it was just dumb luck that they've had a full cake that late.
To tell the truth I wanted to feel at least a little bit compensated but they didn't even say sorry, I had to pay the full price for the cake (+I had to pay for the cardboard box, even tho at the website they said nothing about plus prices for boxes) but I was like okay... Let me get out of here asap.
The cake overall tasted fine, but it was very small and expensive.

I am from a country with really good pastry culture, so I usually don't like the cakes from Hungaria, but here I tried the apple pie and it was delicious! Also, I bought one caramel cookie (alfajor) and it was very tasty too. You can find a lot of different sweets here. Totally recommended.

Always a treat to visit a vegan bakery/patisserie. Extra fun to try creamy vegan versions of traditional cakes. We had the raspberry and orange slices and they were so delicious. Took ours to Margaret Island to enjoy by the fountain ☺️ highly recommend the cakes!

Amazing variety and some very delicious cakes! I can highly recommend the traditional Hungarian dessert options that are in a little pot (gesztenyepure & somloi) - they are super yummy! I also love their pies (apple, cherry, etc.). They sometimes do pizzas as well and pastry, they are very delicious too. Some cakes are not my taste but I absolutely love the above mentioned ones😄Very good value for money so you can just experience yourself and try out loads😄I also love the fact that they use eritrit for sweetening and no sugar and syrups!

Cheap vegan cakes - Edit
The cakes are mostly traditional Hungarian style cakes, very sweet, but a little simple. The café itself is spacious, but it didn't have a special atmosphere, so I didn't really like to be there. If you're looking for traditional cakes in vegan form for a good price, then this place is worth a visit.

Read moreThey had a lot of cakes so the decision was really difficult. In the end we each had 2 cake pieces, which were really good.
One star less because the waitress said nothing would contain any nuts but they had marzipan (which contains/is made out of almonds) although my friend with a nut allergy asked twice: via english and via app in hungarian.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, Cake! ;)
