***UPDATE***No Pizza on the menu. But they have a killer Pasta Primavera!! - Edit
Bummed to find out they took pizza off the menu. But found the pasta primavera instead. Just add a few modifications and u got a solid vegan dish. Ordered some beers and had a good time.

Solid vegan pizza - Edit
This place had good food and were very vegan friendly. Lots of vegan items on the menu (tacos, burritos, pizza). My wife and I both got vegan pizza and it was great! We ordered the veggie deluxe which normally comes with cheese but asked them if they could do avacado instead and it was great! $15 per 14” pizza but it’s Moab tourist prices

Good overall experience - Edit
My husband and I decided to eat here based on the reviews on here. We liked our food. Mine was the veganized version of the portobello veggie tacos with an appetizer of chips and salsa. The tacos were creative (cabbage on tacos?!) and very flavorful! He just had a basic salad and shared the chips. I was tempted to get the pizza but got swayed by the tacos. I was told the miso sandwich and Mediterranean platter were the other vegan options. I do wish they were more vegan-friendly since they have a lot of vegetarian options already.
Read moreThe place itself has a fun atmosphere, and staff all seemed friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable.
Pros: a few vegan options, flavorful vegan options, fun vibe
Cons: not enough vegan options, busy

good food but only 1 big plate vegan option - Edit
The restaurant is cosy, the staff really friendly and the food is good although there is only 1 big plate vegan option which is a spicy pizza. There is a small plate which is a mediteranean dish and a small salad.

Decent food, fun atmosphere - Edit
I am giving Eddie McStifff's 4 stars, because I went twice while in Moab and had a great time. They don't offer a ton of vegan options, but it was still a great find in a small, remote town like Moab. Both times my husband and I split the vegan pizza (listed on the menu, no modifications needed), loaded with veggies, as well as the Mediterranean platter, with an option to sub tofu for the feta. The food and experience was good both times. They have a bar and a decent selection of Utah brewed beers (in bottled form they are available over 4% ABV). There is plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor, so both times we were able to be seated immediately. This was very nice, as in Moab all of the restaurants seem to be bursting at the seams with tourists. The atmosphere is very casual, and the prices were reasonable.
Read moreI was interested in trying the miso tofu wrap or the crispy tofu with dipping sauce, but didn't get the chance. I would definitely go back to Eddie McStiff's if I find myself in Moab again.
Pros: Decent vegan options, Good beer selection, Plenty of seating
