Sabaku Sushi
Serves meat, vegan options available. A sushi and Japanese restaurant, but offers a surprising number of vegetarian rolls, of which a handful are vegan suitable. Has an organic salad, a udon bowl with tofu, and an agedashi (fried tofu). Open Tue-Sun 5:00pm-9:30pm.

Very good - Edit
Enjoyed a great meal of southwestern edamame, sea vegetable salad, and a chef's choice vegan "freestyle" roll. All of it very good. Fast, friendly service in a funky sushi bar atmosphere.
Pros: Good food, Fast service, Vegan aware

careful: eggs! - Edit
all their tofu on the menu is battered in egg batter. only vegan sushi, nothing cooked is vegan. I got a chef special, which was good, but I was hoping for a more substantial meal than sushi. waitress was helpful tho.

Kitchen Slow! - Edit
Overall nice staff and tasty food, however the kitchen was slow and we had to wait half an hour for two sets of sushi rolls to come out. Also the serving sizes are less than would be expected in the USA.
Pros: Tasty
Cons: Slow Food, Small Servings
