Not a recommendation - Edit
The food was ok. But nothing really outstanding. They offer a miso soup that is basically water. We mentioned that and then the response was that for that price they can not offer more. Very poor. Then better not offer it at all. We will not come back as they were very unfriendly after us mentioning the soup was not good. Very poor behaviour.

Flavorful raw vegan - Edit
Take note most of my pictures have a bite missing or were moved from the serving dish to my plate! Everything was so beautiful and fresh that I would forget to take a picture of it undisturbed. This place is a gem!

So fresh, so good - Edit
What a welcome break from heavy Italian food! As delicious as they are, there are only so many vegan pizzas I can have before getting sick of them. We found this place by chance on our walk back from Vatican City, and I couldn’t be happier! All the food is raw and gluten free, in addition to vegan. We had the fennel cream soup, sushi, and one of the burgers with kimchi and high protein bread. Everything was delicious and filling. We also had cappuccinos with their homemade almond milk and their hot chocolate (made with cashews, cacao, and dates). What a treat! I was full without feeling awful afterward. If I had more time in Rome, I’d definitely be back!

Lovely place with lots to choose from when living soy-free and gluten-free (they have soy milk for drinks, but also self made almond milk from Sicilian almonds; gluten is found in their crackers and sandwich breads only, but for the sandwich you can choose a self made gluten-free bread based on chia and flax seeds etc.)
Read moreEnjoyed the Waldolf salad, fennel soup (prepared raw, then quickly stirred with hot water to make it warm), sandwich with gluten-free bread, tiramisu (wasn't too great) and cappuccino. The coffee tastes really good. The dishes are delicately spiced.
One main dish dessert was absolutely filling.
Their love for the food and intention behind it is palpable. Recommended place.
(We arrived spontaneously without reservation 1 pm Saturday Easter weekend - just before the place filled up. As far as I saw no one had a reservation.)

Good, but still searching for the raw wow factor - Edit
A fully vegan, raw and organic restaurant located very close to Sant'Angelo Castle. I'm not usually a fan of raw cuisine but I decided to give it a try. The food and ambience were both good! It was a bit pricey for me, though maybe that's just standard for Rome? I didn't have any complaints but I'm saving the 5 stars for the restaurant that will change my mind about raw food😄

Raw goodness - Edit
It's about a 20-25 minute walk from the Vatican. I came here for dinner after finishing my trip to the Vatican Museum.
Read moreIt was easy to find with Google maps. I was the only one there at 6:15 pm on a Friday mid December. This seems to be a good time to visit Rome because it's not as crowded as summer in general.
I was a little nervous eating at a place with "raw vegan" as the big draw because I wasn't sure how good the food would be. But it ended up being a lot better than I expected.
I ordered lentil soup and the portion was huge. It was very savory and satisfying. It gave me the warm feelings of a loving home.
I also had a glass of orange juice. I like the way fresh squeezed juice tastes and I really enjoy pulp so it was perfect. It isn't overly sweet and it has the perfect tanginess.
I also got a Golden Milk latte and that tasted as expected. It isn't sweet at all. It has a strong turmeric flavor.
I also got vegetable sushi. That was a generous portion as well, but if I had that alone I would still be hungry. The rolls were really pleasant. They were like eating a bite sized fresh salad. The wasabi wasn't spicy at all and I wish it was a little bit. I also would have liked a little more wasabi to spread between the roll pieces. There was avocado styled like sashimi and it had fresh olive oil and salt on top of it. It was really creamy with the perfect texture.
I highly recommend checking this place out if you are vegan. The flavors were good, but be warned the prices were high (but everything is fresh so it's understandable).
I would have liked to see more traditional Italian dishes on the menu like pizza or pasta only because that would be a really nice find while in Italy.
I will definitely come here again next time I'm in Rome.
Pros: Big portions , Good flavors , Lots of options

Happy they’re raw & organic, but also disappointed - Edit
Had expected more from this place, but felt like most meals had the bulk of energy coming from fat which isn’t really my thing. HOWEVER, this would still be the first place I’d go back to when visiting Rome again because I like their vibe and intention 🌿
Read moreI visited twice, first time I ordered a papaya milkshake (deeply appreciate that they make their own milk!). Turned out they were out of it, so I got the “Beige” instead. It was tasty, but I can easily create the same at home for a third of the price. Then I had the Seaweed spaghetti with tomato sauce which frankly didn’t taste much, so I was quite disappointed (and still hungry afterwards!). Got their peanut bar to fix it and that one was nice. Tastes like they always do, but it’s a winning combo.
Second visit I ordered the green juice (yum) and a sage kombucha (yum as well). Wanted dessert, but they all had sugar in them. Got a carob almond butter as a gift for a friend and the celery salt which I haven’t tried yet. The first one was very pricey, but I still enjoyed that one could get some market things. Wish more had been sugar free though.
Venue is nice, location quite accessible. As I said - would come again even though I wasn’t impressed during this trip. My raw vegan friend says they have the best pistachio pesto ever, so I’d try that if I come again 😇
Pros: Nutrition 😍, Organic 💚, Carob almond butter
Cons: Sugar in many things, Many dishes too high in fat for my digestion 😢, Wish they’d have raw pizza and gelato 🙏

Really nice food - Edit
I was a bit sceptical about a raw food restaurant but the food was lovely. Very glad we went. It's quite expensive (understandably given the fact they make their own cheeses etc) but would definitely go again. The vegan tzatziki and crackers were a highlight for me.

Excellent vegan raw food - Edit
We came here after the Vatican. Easy to find and Comfortable chairs inside. I had a carrot juice and Mark had an Ichnusa beer that was very good. We had sushi roll (excellent) and the special of Thai salad and Protein salad which was tofu mostly. Both were light and just right for us. We finished with tiramisu and mango cheesecake - both awesome. Thumbs up from us!

Lunch stop - Edit
My husband and I dropped in here for a spot of lunch and to escape the 30 degree Rome heat. It’s a raw vegan restaurant in walking distance from Vatican City.
Read moreWe shared the papaya salad and stuffed tomatoes. Everything was extraordinarily fresh. It was made while we were there so service was a little slow. Don’t head there if you’re in a rush.
My husband had a watermelon smooths that was very refreshing.
There are an assortment of cakes that we didn’t try.
Also has coffee and does take out.
Alcohol was available but we didn’t have any.
Pros: Freshness of food
Cons: Same verse from a Pulp song was stuck on loop
