Great New Vegan Find

The Earth and Star is a great new find for vegans and vegetarians.

They just got a new vegan chef who is making some amazing and creative dishes. Check out my pictures for a look at the amazing meal we had.

They had several vegan meal options and all of the desserts on the night we went were vegan.

Make sure to check out the Earth and Star so they can keep producing amazing vegan dishes :-)

Pros: Several unique vegan dishes on the menu., Robust beer and wine selection., Great pub atmosphere.

Cons: They serve meat.

Pear and hazelnut tart with vanilla bean custard. at Earth and Stars in Brighton

Millionaire shortbread with coconut, almonds served with a side of salted caramel and vanilla ice cream. Our favorite of the night. at Earth and Stars in Brighton

Herb Gnocchi with garlic green beans, caramelised red onion, artichoke, olives and slow roasted tomato. Another fav. at Earth and Stars in Brighton

Special of the day: Celeriac and Mushroom Tart with sweet potato puree, potato cubes and roasted baby vegetables. To die for! at Earth and Stars in Brighton
