A fabulous traditional pub with ample indoor seating in a cozy environment (pet friendly too!) Clearly marked veg and vegan options . We had the pea and mint soup which was so tasty! Also the beyond burger. Really nice choice if dining with a mixed veg/omni group.

Very cute pub and delicious food - Edit
I had the vegan beyond burger and a local beer. Both were divine. There are several vegan options (also soup) and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere was very cozy and nice.

Nice pub style restaurant near the river - Edit
The restaurant looks small but has more seating at the back (indoor and garden). Relaxed atmosphere! Order from the front desk or from the app (QR-code on the tables). Fast service. Vegan opinions marked well on the menu. Beyond burger was basic in taste but not dry. Fries on side really well cooked. Would go again!

Pea & mint soup 😀 - Edit
There are three vegan options to choose from - burger, chilli and pea & mint soup - and a dessert. We had the pea & mint soup and it was very tasty. Nice ambience and atmosphere, definitely worth a visit.

The range of choice in Stratford is quite limited. In that context, the food choices are not bad. The food is well made and seems to be good quality. The venue is great. It’s a historic pub. Has a great garden at the back. The ‘actors bar’ is popular with actors in the evening.
