Say they do vegan but don't

At the entrance, when I asked if a table was available, I reverified that they had a Vegan crêpe. We sat down, my sister chooses her crêpe, I only have one choice but it looks good (it's called vegan on the menu) and we order, as well as the drinks. Just before the waiter leaves, as a precaution, I asked what fat was used to cook the crêpes. The waiter tells me butter. I ask him if it's possible to do without butter and he ridicules me by telling me that without butter, I might as well eat the crêpe directly from the crepiere as it won't come off. I ask him how they can offer a vegan crêpe but not cook it vegan and he looks at me as if I'm showing manners. I apologise to my sister but, as I'm not making any exceptions, I can't eat there and we have to change restaurants. It's bad enough that Vannes doesn't have any vege/Vegan restaurants and that we have to go to the omni restaurants, but dear omni restaurants, stop trying to make us believe that you do Vegan if you can't do it properly behind the scenes.
Moral of the story, yet another omni restaurant on HappyCow, which offers a Vegan option but does not comprehend the lifestyle and what in involves.

Pros: Rien/Nothing

Cons: Vegan crêpe but not vegan cooking, The waiter who ridiculed me

Galette is okay

They have one Galette specified as vegan. It’s with potatoes, creamy leek, pesto-ish tomatoes, champignons and comes with a side salad. It tasted fine, maybe a bit dry. The salad unfortunately looked a bit old. They were also offering making a sweet galette as dessert.

Pros: Vegan galette , Possibility to get a sweet galette , Fine price

Cons: Small portion
