Great dishes in Vannes - Edit
We were very happy with our meal here at Signe Lecocq. There was one vegan plat, one vegan entree and one vegan dessert available, clearly labeled on the menu. We had the plat and entree. Plat was seaweed salad and miso watermelon with sesame. Served with wasabi. Presentation was great and so was the food. The entree was roasted eggplant with a green coconut peanut sauce. Very unique and very delicious! Staff were friendly and service was good. In a town with few vegan options (usually burgers and frites) this felt fancy.

Fantastic top level vegan set menu - Edit
This is an excellent French restaurant with a very reasonably priced imaginative and creative set vegan menu alongside traditional meat and fish offerings.
