Today was our 2nd visit. The first time we ordered the vegan ravioli which was quite delicious. This morning we had the stuffed vegan burrito. My boyfriend mentioned to our server that I was concerned about the salsa being too spicy. The choices that our server presented were to have the sauce inside the burrito or on the side. So we had it on the side. Needless to say the sauce that he brought was hottest and spiciest in the restaurant and not edible. As I neared my last bites of my dry burrito, the server said that they also have milder sauces and proceeded to mention at least three alternatives! My question is why not suggest those of us when we inquired before our meal was served? The burrito was quiet delicious but we could have enjoyed it so much more!

I'm really impressed so far with what I've had from the Vegan Menu: "Wet" Stuffed Burrito, and Roasted Cauliflower Ravioli. The beverages I've had are very good: Organic Coffee (with almond milk), and Iced Matcha Latte (almond milk). From the bakery, their Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie is outstanding. The earlier you arrive, the better the bakery selection (since the daily batch sells out), and the shorter the wait to be seated. During peak hours, I highly recommend joining the waitlist on their Yelp page—well in advance—to reduce the significant wait time.

I absolutely LOVE everything I’ve ever gotten here. Nice vegan menu, all the items to die for. It just sucks that their hours are limited and early.

I’ve never gone out to a restaurant and been asked before we were seated if anyone wanted a vegan menu. There were many choices. I picked the pretzel bites with hummus. It was the best pretzels I have ever eaten. I had chickn salad with a side of avocado. And a custom fresh juice. I didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! I will definitely go back the next time I’m in Vegas.
