Really enjoyed our meal here - lots of vegan options, delicious flavours and the food is quite authentic (and cooked by one of the owners who is Vietnamese).

I tried the lemongrass tofu that I really liked and totally recommend. I also tried some noodles that were good as well. There were quite a lot of vegan options and the waiter was helpful with choosing. The only thing I didn't like here was the vietnamese coffee.

Welcoming and delicious - Edit
One of the best restaurants I ate at in Florence. The food was very fresh and expertly prepared so that all the different veggies and spices stand out. The spring rolls and the mushroom rice were especially delicious (although the mushroom rice was a little too spicy). The server was welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home and we got our food very quickly. It's especially helpful that all the ingredients for each dish are listed on the menu so it's easy to tell what's vegan.

The menu has two pages of vegetarian options, of which most are vegan. Each dish has the ingredients and allergens listed so it’s very easy to figure out what’s vegan. The lemongrass tofu was AMAZING. Service was a bit slow but I didn’t mind

Amazing food, a number of vegan meals available. Very authentic, the man working taught me how to assemble my meal the traditional way (I got the mushroom pancake after having rice paper rolls which you pick up with lettuce leaves - I have uploaded a photo of this dish as well as the vege menu). Inside was air conditioned which was great. The service was fast, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back here before we leave Florence - it’s a must try if you’re sick of pizza and pasta 😸

Il ristorante é molto carino ed accogliente. I proprietari sono il pezzo forte. Molto disponibile e accomodanti su ogni tipo di richiesta. C'è un menù completamente vegetariano e la maggior parte dei piatti di questo menu sono vegan. Il cibo é fresco e sposa perfettamente la cucina Vietnamita.
