Nice coffee and avo toast

Good experience, the vegan options were granola or avo toast but the service was quick and they had oat or soya milk for a surcharge.

Cons: Limited options

Excellent brunch

I visited for a weekend brunch. The staff were very lovely and friendly and the food I chose was excellent, I opted for ‘The Queen’ which can be made vegan as mentioned on the menu. There was a few vegan options and a choice of dairy free milk.

Pros: Great atmosphere , Delicious food , Friendly staff

Great Falafel Bowl

I went for the tofu scramble, but they have removed it from the menu. They will likely add it again as people start traveling again. I had the falafel bowl, which was delicious. There are still a few vegan items on the menu.

Breakfast

Went for breakfast and the only vegan option was avocado on toast, which was a little disappointing. However, there were many excellent juices and smoothies, as well as oat milk options for coffee. The real let down however were the staff who were unhelpful and dismissive.

Delicious food, unfriendly staff

There were only two vegan options unfortunately but you could alter the protein in them both for either hummus, tempeh, or tofu which was great!

They were both whole food options, really big portions and filling.

All hot drinks had a range of plant-based milks to choose from and mimosas were only €3 which you cant complain about.

Unfortunately the price for food was quite steep for what you got and the staff didn’t seem welcoming at all. They made us feel very rushed in ordering and urged us to leave when we’d both finished which would definitely put me off going back.

Pros: Whole foods , Filling portions , Really nice seasoning and dressings

Cons: Expensive , Unfriendly staff

Very enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our lunch at Le Vespe. Nice tasty food, good quantities, quick service. The Buddha bowl with seitan is pretty healthy too.
Good value, nice staff.

Dundas is delicious

The place was full at 11:30 A.M. so I had to put my name on a list where other 10 persons had written down theirs... Estimated waiting time was 45 min - Ok! My boyfriend and I went for a walk in the historical center and when we came back there was a free table waiting for us :).

Ordered the Dundas as recommended by other fellow vegans here and it was very nice!
Their soy cappuccino was also great.

Nice experience here! Will come back.

My favorite place on earth

Literally my favorite place ever. Get the dundas, get extra vegan hot sauce. Get the Buddha bowl. Get the smoothies. Honestly get everything. I literally went here twice a week for 8 months bc it’s that good. Also staff is amazing. If ur in Florence and ur tired of pizza and pasta or even if ur not, go. I’d give it 5 stars just for the amazing vegan options.

Love this place!!

I came here three times and it’s probably my favorite restaurant in Florence! They have an amazing tofu scramble wrap (called the Dundas) that it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Highly recommend!

Very happy with food and service

Clearly marked vegan options; tasty and filling at reasonable price. If you don’t mind sitting next to bacon this should be perfect.

Pros: Clear menus in English , Non dairy milk options, Nice staff

Cons: Bacon etc

Great Tofu Scramble

More often than not, tofu scramble is tasteless. This place had one of the best tofu wraps I’ve ever had. Omni friends loved their food too. Has good selection of juice and smoothies.

Pros: Flavors, Price, Atmosphere

amazing service and food!

The staff was wonderful, and the interior was so cozy! Most of the dishes come with baked and spiced potatoes and salad eith balsamic dressing. The waitress was very friendly, and even though there was only a fee vegan options on the menu, she told us it was possible to 'veganize' almost any dish. I had the tofu scramble wrap (amazing), and the le vespe mule drink (equally amazing). This café is definitely worth five stars!

Pros: the staff, the food, the interior

Cons: toilet malfunctions

nice food but not many vegan options

Went for Sunday brunch and only one vegan option was available. We were told that the granola could not be made with soy milk and was only available with diary yoghurt.
We had the scramble tofu with roast potatoes, beans, tomato, beans and spinach for 13 euros. The food was tasted good and was a decent portion size but it was pretty expensive for what we got. They also had 2 vegan smoothies and 2 juices (that we didn't get).

Pros: tasty food , good portion size

Cons: a bit pricey, not many options

A slice of Toronto in Florence

Very nice North American style cafe with a daily brunch menu they serve until 5pm.

The brunch menu items are named after Toronto neighbourhoods because the owner is from there. I had The a Junction which is a tofu scramble with toast, roasted potatoes and salad. It wasn't the most flavourful scramble I've ever had but it was still good. The portion was small but they have also just returned from vacation and I think are short on items.

My partner had the via dei pepi off the lunch menu which is basically the tofu scramble a wrap.

Perfect English spoken here. Not lots but very good vegan options on a well labelled English menu. The soy cappuccinos were also nice. Has wifi and outlets under each table.

Definitely recommended if you're looking for the vegan North American experience and breakfast or cafe food.

Pros: Tofu scramble, English spoken perfectly, Nice atmosphere

Cons: A little bland, Small portions

An authentic trattoria italian

I don't know if the change the name of the restaurant or if it's a new one, it was on number 5 and was called "Trattoria da I'Secco".
There are 2 menu, one vegetarian and the other one with meat.
Be careful if you're vegan, there are cheese ang eggs in many of the dishes.
Otherwise, it was good and the restaurant was very pretty.

Pros: Good food, Ambiance

Cons: Rarely vegan, Don't speak english very well

It very much exists. Sounds like you went to another business.
