Best food I’ve had in Hanoi - Edit
The food here is what I imagine the most authentic vegan version of the smaller non vegan places on the street to be. Amazing fresh food at such a cheap price, the food is so good I always forget to take pictures cause I’ve already eaten it!

So delicious and so cheap - Edit
We both had the bun rieu and it was delicious! The tomato broth was so refreshing and a nice change from pho. I think there were three different kinds of tofu in the bowl which we enjoyed a lot. It's quite easy to get to from Chua Tran Quoc pagoda and it was very cheap as it's a bit further from the old quarter. The bun rieu was only 25,000 dong, so less than £1.

Cheap and tasty - Edit
The food was great value for the price. I enjoyed the pho. Came for a rice porridge with mushrooms for breakfast, and really enjoyed the first few mouthfuls, but about halfway through the bowl I found it difficult to keep eating even though I wasn't full, as the texture was too unvaried and slightly gluggy

Best Pho of my life - Edit
This place is a hidden gem! It has the best Pho
Read moreI have tried Pho in Vietnam, all over Europe and Canada but this place is the best! Honestly you have got to try this flavourful soup for only 25.000 I asked for no noodles (low carb) and more veggies. Unfortunately I literally had two small pieces of meat (vegan meat) inside. I asked for more and got it right away. They wanted to charge me a lot extra for that. Pho could have been more hot
Flavour great. More vegan meat appreciated
Vegan spring rolls were great amount. A bit oily but not as bad as in other places. 30.000 for springrolls
Dipping sauce for spring rolls is incredible.
Very good English speaking.
It looks on the picture of the menu like there comes extra vegan meat with it but it’s just the soup
Delicious and cheap spot
Pros: Fully vegan, Best pho of my life
Cons: Not enough plant based meat

Fantastic food - Edit
The noodle soups were delicious and the sausage was amazing. I stayed in the homestay upstairs, and it was a great location, not as chaotic as the old quarter

Amazing Vegan Pho - Edit
Lovely little place with Vietnamese vegan versions of street food dishes. Finally had a Pho noodle soup and loved it! Also the bun soup was delicious. Very cheap, very friendly and a very relaxing atmosphere. The menu is both in Vietnamese and in English. Staff speaks English as well.

My go to for vegan pho! The staff are friendly and speak enough English to assist those who don’t speak Vietnamese, prices are reasonable, and it’s in such a convenient area!

Charming "Hole in the Wall" Style Eatery - Edit
This spot specializes in their vegan pho, which is why I remember eating here on rainy days or chilly days, when eating soup is the best! I noticed this eatery is a popular one among expats and English-speaking travelers. One likely reason is that the staff member who takes orders (the man) is fluent in English, which facilitates communication, and talks often to the customers.
