Vegan coffee shop and bakery near Chatelet-Les Halles station, since 2016. Specialty is cupcakes. Serves coffee and drinks, a selection of lunch dishes including a salad, bowl, sloppy joe burger, avocado toast, grilled cheese, soup, hummus sandwich, and of course, vegan croissants and pastries. Offers breakfast Monday through Saturday. Breakfast is from 9-11am (this location's speciality is pancakes) and lunch is served till 12-3pm. On Sunday there is two brunch sittings at 11:30am and 1:30pm - reservations are recommended. Kitchen closed 11-12 pm. Open Mon-Sat 09:30-18:30, Sun 11:00-16:00.

Didn't have a meal but went for coffee and cakes. I had chocolate speculoos cake... Delicious. My veggie daughter had an almond & red fruit muffin which she really enjoyed. Pity we only got here on our last day!

Best croissant!! - Edit
Loved this place and was sad that I only tried it on my last day, otherwise I would have gone everyday. The croissant is SO good, better than other vegan croissants I had in the city and anywhere else! So many cakes and cupcakes to choose from as well, I tried the black forest and it was delicious!! Definitely worth a visit.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast but we were a bit too late so we had lunch. The grilled cheese was super good and the bowl was pretty tasty. The desserts are insanely good especially the carrot cake. The croissants were really good we ended up buying four of them for the day.

Read moreWe dropped in hoping for a late lunch when other nearby veg places had closed, but just missed the 3pm cutoff for lunch. Even before the cutoff, it seems meal options are limited to a salad, a sandwich, or a bowl. I got a sandwich from the display case, which was OK. The banana muffin I got with it was more satisfying.
So, recommendable mostly for coffee and sweet stuff.

I got a vanilla blue berry cake and a croissant. I ate 3 vegan croissants in my live: one in london (tastes like lemon), one here and the one from VG Patisserie. My absolute favourite is this one here!!! It's kinda soft and gentle just the perfect sweet (non vegan) croissant flavour and texture I miss a lot. The one from VG Patisserie is more crisp and has a stronger buttery sugar flavour imo if you were wondering. The cake was also yummy, totally recommend!

GREAT VEGAN FRENCH PASTRIES! - Edit
I'm writing in all capital letters because I am SO excited! It was tough to walk by a delicious-looking French Patisserie every 10 steps and know that I couldn't eat any of them, so finding Cloud Cakes was perfect! We went for excellent coffees, delicious fruit pancakes, and two different delectable croissants. Lovely atmosphere and convenient location! Fair prices for Paris, too. Definitely recommend to everyone, not just vegans!!!

We went there in April 2019 to have cakes. Had a hard time deciding which cake to take because they all looked so good! The ones we had were quite tasty, although not the cheapest cakes ever. Ok for Paris standards, I guess. The atmosphere of the place was also really good, quite cozy and relaxed.

This place is so perfect. We ordered for an early dinner an avocado toast, a grilled cheese toast, and the vanilla blueberry cake. The cake was so freaking delicious that we had to buy another piece. I also tried a chocolate gluten free cake. Everything was super delicious. I will miss those cakes.

Nous avons commandé un gros weddingcake pour notre mariage, qui était très bon au goût, mais par contre très mal emballé pour le transport, il s’est littéralement effondré la veille du mariage... Le genre de gros stress dont on se passe volontiers la veille de son mariage. La deco du gâteau était vraiment « basique ». Vu le prix c’est dommage. Le compagnon de la pâtissière a essayé d’augmenter les prix pourtant déjà négociés au moment de la dégustation payante du gâteau. Nous sommes terriblement déçus par cette enseigne et déconseillons vivement d’y faire faire son gâteau de mariage, au risque d’une catastrophe au transport...

This is the cutest little vegan spot we found in Paris! It had the most adorable set up and was in a nice location. We stumbled upon it while walking around. We ended up going a few more times because it was so yummy and they were so incredibly friendly!!

Read moreGot granola with soy milk which was quite small for it’s price and a croissant with espresso. Pastry is really good there, so for my taste it’s ok to stop by for a coffee and cake / croissant but if you want a real breakfast that won’t leave you hungry - go to another place.
