Cosy place - Edit
Ate here for lunch. The cloud salad look fairy simple but was actually very good. Loved the grilled toast with cheese, peppers and aubergine. The beetroot latté was amazing however my daughter did not like her matcha latté’ The cakes were all amazing’
Read moreService very friendly. Take out service available.
The place is fairly small and can get really busy which can be complicated as there is little space to get up and move between tables if you are seated on the bench along the wall. Also the bench is a little uncomfortable due to lack many cushions.
Pros: Great cakes, Friendly service, Fairly priced
Cons: Tightly spaced, Bench not very comfortable , Quite noisy when packed

Great brunch - Edit
Had a lovely brunch here on a Sunday. 26 euros for a 3 course brunch plus a hot and cold drink. Was really tasty, filling and well worth the money. Nice atmosphere if a little tight on space! Get there early on a Sunday as it fills up quick.

Great Brunch - Edit
We wanted to try the brunch on sunday and had to wait for the second round because the small coffe shop was so full (took this as a good sign).
Read moreWe both ordered the brunch menu which is quite expensive but also very filling (croissant, tofu scramble with salad and potatoes, pancakes plus a hot and a cold drink).

didn't care for pumpkin latte, chai tea latte, pumpkin tart - Edit
Cannot recommend the pumpkin latte, chai tea latte or pumpkin tart. The bland pumpkin tart with had a terrible crust that was hard to cut. A waste of 15 euros plus 2 euros in tip... went down the street to another vegan place. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

Great stuff! - Edit
Nice place to have breakfast, especially since we really wanted to have a vegan croissant. We were not disappointed by their croissants! I also loved the pancakes and I tried some pear cardamum cake, which was maybe a bit too heavy after the pancakes, but it tasted great.

Go here and eat things! - Edit
Myself and my husband managed to get a cute table outside so we could watch the world go by, great!
Read moreWe queued to order but only because two women in front of me couldn’t decide what they wanted and a don’t blame them. The cabinet was full of mouth watering choices and ALL VEGAN!!!! It’s so overwhelming when you get to pick from anything off the menu.
The staff member that served me was very polite and apologised that I’d had to wait although it really wasn’t an issue.
We ordered a marble cake, carrot cake and two lemonades.
The food was TREMENDOUS! The cake was gorgeous and the lemonade was really refreshing. It’s really worth hunting this place out.
Next time we visit I’m hoping to try one of their croissants as they’d sold out by the time we had got there (mid afternoon).
Pros: Fully vegan cafe, Beautiful cakes, Great atmosphere

The pancakes - Edit
I really was looking forward to trying this place and I wasn’t disappointed. We came for lunch and cake the first day and I enjoyed both. The coffee was nice too. Then we came here everyday for the pancakes for breakfast and a coffee. These were so delicious. I loved the fresh fruit and the cream. The cakes were nice too and I even tried a croissant. Really loved this place! Nice service too.

My b-f had the carrot cake which was incredible. I had the cardamom cake, which, while being a step below the carrot cake, was still really good. They had sandwiches to go and croissants, which I am still kicking myself for not getting.

Must visit for vegans! - Edit
Wow, avocado toast, pancakes, muffins, cake, takeaway sandwiches, this spot is not to be missed! We visited no less than four times in our short time in Paris and loved each visit. In particular I loved their pumpkin chocolate chip muffin, hummus and veggie sandwich, and avocado toast with radishes, pomegranate seeds and great bread.

Good selection of options and perfect to takeaway - Edit
Incredibly moist vegan cake, I took one with lotus and the lotus taste wasn't too heavy so next time I'll get something more decadent. It was full when I entered so I had to takeaway my food.

A special birthday breakfast at this dainty vegan bakery and cafe - Edit
I came here with my boyfriend for my birthday breakfast and we both loved it.Whilst deciding on what to eat, we ordered two soya cappuccinos. They were excellent and the fact that the latte art was on point immediately felt like a win. Anyways, after some considerable thought, we ordered the “sweet morning toast” with peanut butter and jam, the pancakes with whipped cream, fruits, sliced almonds and maple syrup (on a side) and of course…a croissant! I mean I just could not possibly go to Paris and not eat a freshly baked croissant, could I?
Read moreEven though the two pancakes came beautifully presented and tasted good, my boyfriend ended up by eating them because I they were a bit too sweet for my liking. I would also like them to be a little bit thicker but the texture really is down to personal preference. However, I did love the delicious combo of P&J on toast. The two toasts came with poppy seeds and fresh blueberries on top which I dount to be a real great twist. I was also quite impressed with how crazy-good the vegan croissant was! Totally on point (taste- and texture-wise)!! It totally exceeded my expectations so you can trust me when I say that these vegan croissants are an absolutely must. I though I’d never find one of those! Even though the place was not full at all, we had to wait quite a bit to be served but we did not mind too much because it just meant that the pancakes were freshly made! The server spoke English and was friendly enough. Nevertheless, we did not find her to be super accommodating. She did not come to check on us once we were served nor did she ask how did we like the food when we paid for it. It is not something outrageous but, as I have mentioned in some other posts, a café/restaurant always scores extra for me when the service is excellent and the staff friendly and attentive.
When it comes to the cafe's overall atmosphere and space, I loved how cozy and pretty it was. The attention to detail was pretty visible. However, I would advise to go in early-ish for breakfast because it is also small and it does not have plenty of seating. I think we were quite lucky with the time and day we went there (Thursday at 10am) because there were only 4 other customers in the cafe. Thus, just bear in mind that if you go later (and especially in the weekend) in the morning/day you may not get a seat.
100% vegan food spots are not overly common in Paris and that is a reason in itself why Cloud Cakes is quite a gem!
Pros: A great variety of sweet and savoury vegan options, Affordable, Central Location
Cons: Slow service, Limited seating might be a problem during weekend
