It was a lil spicy for me but thats just my fragile delicate baby palate.

there aren’t enough good things to say about cheese louise! we have watched them grow from a food truck to multiple food trucks to now having 3 restaurant locations! the owners are great people that are always looking for ways to support the community! pictured here is the “no porkin' way” sandwich (that is easily made vegan!) this grilled cheese is filled with bbq shredded sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, and vegan cheese. (to make it vegan they swapped out the cheddar cheese for vegan cheese and withheld the maple coleslaw.) SUCH A TREAT!!!!!! 10/10 recommend! don’t forget to order the fresh squeezed blueberry maple lemonade 🫐 🍋

I forgot how much I missed grilled cheese since turning vegan. This was seriously so good. Their store front off Kancamagus Hwy is open the latest (until 7pm) and it was not busy at all for a Friday night. Highly recommend!

Not a ton of options for vegans but really unique and DELICIOUS food!! The workers are all high school and college students.
