Everything is Awesome! - Edit
This is a great breakfast/lunch/snack spot. EVERYTHING is Vegan and GF, so ordering is a breeze except that you will want to try everything! We had Fall Salad (amazing) and Taco Bowl (filling). Another couple joined us at the table and had hamburger and burrito with fabulous fries. They loved their food and also grab cookies to go.
Read moreThe selection of baked goods is tremendous. We shared the Swiss roll which brought me right back to my childhood and grabbed to big cookies for later. We will be back for breakfast!
Pros: Great selection, All Vegan (yeah!) and GF, Wonderful service

It was so good... - Edit
It was so good, we came back the next day. We had the regular scramble, the hangover scramble, triple berry bar, apple blonde, chocolate you need this cookie, a maple latte, and a quad shot of espresso. Everything we had had good flavor. We will definitely be back when we are in town.

Lots of options, limited hours - Edit
Fat veggie sandwich used to be the best sandwich I ever had but they stopped making it with saffron rice so it’s pretty boring now. Hangover breakfast is good, very filling.

Great Good, Large Selection - Edit
So refreshing to see a LARGLY vegan menu with just a couple non-vegan options. It's nice to have options for a chance! The vegan sausage, egg, and cheese on biscuit with housemade pepperjack cheese was delicious! The cheese was even melty. My son got a pancake with coconut whipped cream and enjoyed it. Got a donut and cookie to go for later. Super impressed with the food! Clean, modern space with friendly service. A must-stop-by location in Conway, NH!

tasty treats - Edit
We tried the zucchini muffin and some kind of Dutch apple bar. Both were tasty. Staff was a bit confused with our vegan questions but someone clarified for us that all baked goods are vegan. Yay 😅

Panacea for vegan eating! - Edit
We tried The Station Bistro for breakfast this morning and were happy to see so many vegan choices on the menu!
Read moreI had the Kick Ass Burrito, which has what tasted like Soyrizo, potato, jalapeno, spinach and vegan pepper jack cheese. It was tasty — not spicy enough to actually kick my ass, but still good! I also had a Nutty BananZa smoothie, which has banana, zucchini, cauliflower, peanut butter, almonds, dates, cocoa powder, w/ chocolate almond milk. You mainly taste the banana and peanut butter. It’s good and is really a meal in itself!
The rest of my family: my son got a waffle with chocolate chips, which earned a thumbs up (he got excited just by its aroma when it was set in front of him). My wife had a brunch wrap, which has vegan sausage, tofu egg, cheese, summer veggies, and spinach in it. Her foodie assessment is “yummy!”
The Bistro itself is a relatively small place but a few tables if you want to eat in. At the other end of the place, there was a small area of comfy “sip and chat” seating. We were there on a quiet morning, not in a peak season for tourists — seating may fill up on busy days. We chose to get our food to go.
We’re only in the area for a few days, but will come back to The Station Bistro again to try their lunch if we can. Very impressed with this place and we hope they find great success!

Ok selection - Edit
Would love to see more options. We've definitely been very spoiled by Table+Tonic,Hard to compete. Go early to grab the good stuff in the bakery case. The baker could definitely revamp recipes, the pistachio cake lacked pistachio flavor, the raspberry part is good though.

Great smoothies, service and food! - Edit
So happy this place is new to the valley! Amazing smoothies, great baked items and always a happy smile behind the counter. This is definitely a weekly stop for me and my partner, especially doughnut day on Fridays!
Read moreThe biggest downside I see is the level of waste each smoothie produces. Each smoothie ingredients are wrapped in plastic that gets thrown out after one use for each smoothie and the plastic that the smoothies comes in is number 7 which is non-recyclable. They do, however, accept your own container for smoothies which is a great alternative to the plastic cups and straws.
Since this is a new shop, I'm sure sustainable improvements can be made as they build their business.
Pros: Great food , Healthy options, Great customer service
Cons: Not environmentally concious, Plastic everything
SmoothieCafe
Thank you for your review Sierra! You’ll be happy to know that we no longer make our smoothies that way. We make them in the cup that the customers are actually using so no waste!! We love your weekly visits!
