Awesome - Edit
I got takeout! 1 breakfast burrito, 1 chicken Caesar, 1 earl Grey scone, a lemon cookie, and a latte. When I went to pick it up I also picked up a baggie of muddie buddies (havent had those for years). Everything was delicious--didnt even notice it was gf. Their dessert case was full but I didnt check it out because I probably would've went crazy. Was fairly busy inside. I will absolutely be back!

Absolutely Wonderful! - Edit
The food was absolutely fabulous! The staff was so cheerful and helpful. Because it is 100% vegan, many of the people putting in their orders continue to ask the woman at the cash register “is this all vegan“
Read moreWith a smile and a happy face, she said yes everything here is vegan.
You may want to keep in mind that there is not a lot of indoor seating, but there is some so you may end up with a nice chair at the window or one of the tables
Pros: Food, Staff, All vegan
Cons: Lack of seating

Vegan options galore!! - Edit
Food is great and it’s not all health-nut-based. They have the widest variety of vegan pastries I’ve ever seen. I get something different every time. The staff is also very kind and helpful for an indecisive person like myself.

Amazing - Edit
Went here twice during our trip in the area. Amazing food. First we had the biscuit sandwich, cider donut, and a waffle. Second day we ordered a hash (special) and savory scramble. Decent portions and everything was delicious!

Great waffles - Edit
My non-vegan mom and I stopped here and even she enjoyed it! We bought a lot (gotta support vegan businesses), including waffles for there and then maple syrup (a gift), a chocolate double cookie, and an oreo brownie for the road. I’m so excited that this place exists!

I ordered five different cookies for me and my family (they have so many cookie options as you can see from my photo), and I also got the breakfast sandwich with sausage on a biscuit. Perfection!!!

AMAZING DESSERTS - Edit
My boyfriend was driving through New Hampshire and came across this amazing vegan restaurant and got four desserts for me. Although I don't know the names, all of them were 10 out of 10. They were so amazing I can't wait to go there myself!!!

I was so excited to find an entirely vegan cafe while on vacation! I got the green goddess grilled cheese and it was delicious! I did not read the fine print and next time I might do without the jalapeños just for my own preference but the coffee and smoothies were great too! Nice vibe and even got a locally homemade clay bowl while I was there to commemorate our trip.

This is a great breakfast/lunch/snack spot. EVERYTHING is Vegan and GF, so ordering is a breeze except that you will want to try everything! We had Fall Salad (amazing) and Taco Bowl (filling). Another couple joined us at the table and had hamburger and burrito with fabulous fries. They loved their food and also grab cookies to go.
Read moreThe selection of baked goods is tremendous. We shared the Swiss roll which brought me right back to my childhood and grabbed to big cookies for later. We will be back for breakfast!

It was so good... - Edit
It was so good, we came back the next day. We had the regular scramble, the hangover scramble, triple berry bar, apple blonde, chocolate you need this cookie, a maple latte, and a quad shot of espresso. Everything we had had good flavor. We will definitely be back when we are in town.

Fat veggie sandwich used to be the best sandwich I ever had but they stopped making it with saffron rice so it’s pretty boring now. Hangover breakfast is good, very filling.

Great Good, Large Selection - Edit
So refreshing to see a LARGLY vegan menu with just a couple non-vegan options. It's nice to have options for a chance! The vegan sausage, egg, and cheese on biscuit with housemade pepperjack cheese was delicious! The cheese was even melty. My son got a pancake with coconut whipped cream and enjoyed it. Got a donut and cookie to go for later. Super impressed with the food! Clean, modern space with friendly service. A must-stop-by location in Conway, NH!

Panacea for vegan eating! - Edit
We tried The Station Bistro for breakfast this morning and were happy to see so many vegan choices on the menu!
Read moreI had the Kick Ass Burrito, which has what tasted like Soyrizo, potato, jalapeno, spinach and vegan pepper jack cheese. It was tasty — not spicy enough to actually kick my ass, but still good! I also had a Nutty BananZa smoothie, which has banana, zucchini, cauliflower, peanut butter, almonds, dates, cocoa powder, w/ chocolate almond milk. You mainly taste the banana and peanut butter. It’s good and is really a meal in itself!
The rest of my family: my son got a waffle with chocolate chips, which earned a thumbs up (he got excited just by its aroma when it was set in front of him). My wife had a brunch wrap, which has vegan sausage, tofu egg, cheese, summer veggies, and spinach in it. Her foodie assessment is “yummy!”
The Bistro itself is a relatively small place but a few tables if you want to eat in. At the other end of the place, there was a small area of comfy “sip and chat” seating. We were there on a quiet morning, not in a peak season for tourists — seating may fill up on busy days. We chose to get our food to go.
We’re only in the area for a few days, but will come back to The Station Bistro again to try their lunch if we can. Very impressed with this place and we hope they find great success!

Would love to see more options. We've definitely been very spoiled by Table+Tonic,Hard to compete. Go early to grab the good stuff in the bakery case. The baker could definitely revamp recipes, the pistachio cake lacked pistachio flavor, the raspberry part is good though.
