Vegan options & super friendly staff

Lovely cafe with vegan options

Pros: Option to make milkshake vegan, so tasty!, Soya mocha was great, served piping hot. Great!, Ch*cken wraps & salt and pepper chips were lovely

Cons: Love to have one or two more veggie/vegan options

Lovely cafe, great vegan food

Lovely little cafe, very friendly staff. A few vegan options available, all excellent quality. Will definitely come and visit again!

Pros: Several vegan options available, Very flexible in changing menus

Limited vegan options but tasty

The menu seemed more limited in terms of vegan options than the happy cow description initially suggested. For lunch there seemed to be two options, a jacket potato with chilli and some faux chicken strips. You do need to request no butter or coleslaw on the potato to make it vegan, but it was good chilli.

For vegetarians there’s a bit more choice, and there are two kids menu options (cheese sandwich or mozzarella sticks, both served with chips).

There was a vegan cake available and hot drinks could be prepared with oat/soya milk.

Overall this was a good option, but It could be even better with a bit more choice (maybe just including some of the vegan breakfast options, e.g. sausages, on the lunch and kids menu).

Cons: No vegan kids option, Limited vegan choice, Vegan potato isn’t vegan by default
