Excellent food and service! - Edit
I've been here several times last year and very happy to be back with my significant otherGreat sangria, original vegan tapas (we had the vegan langostinos: Nice but 2 were enough since they are quite salty and have a peculiar, yes, fishy and very nice taste. On the other hand, you can get easily tired of them). Great hamburgers. We really enjoyed the "brawnie"... The "tirawmisu" was not so much our taste but still nice ;-) Last but not least: the staff is just adorable!g

this place rocks! - Edit
I love when people make local traditional food vegan! I got to have sangria and tapas in Barcelona, and it made me feel so authentic. When we walked in during a rain storm the first thing we heard was, "everything is vegan, please don't leave!" I about died laughing.... I reassured them that's why we came :)

I was here 3 times and I always came there about 9:30 PM pr 10 PM and it was closed 2 times of it. They said that they are sold out, but how sangria bar couldn't have sangria at almost 10 pm?! I was disaponted, because it's located little bit far from the center or other restaurants and bars.

delicious food but... - Edit
...we had the paella and the tiRAWmisu.
Read morethe paella was really good but the price and the size of the dish not. the paella is for 2 persons but we could have eaten one portion per person..
the food is delicious, the price of the thursday special ridiculous and the size too less for two.
but however the tirawmisu was great.
we will definitely come back
Pros: all vegan
Cons: paella too small and expensive

Amazing vegan tapas - Edit
I was really excited to try this tapas and Sangria bar and finally I did! It was paella day when we were here but the whole menu was so appealing that we decided to try a few different things instead. We started with a mix of spreads and I found some of them absolutely delicious, some of them a bit tasteless, but my friend loved the one I didn't so it's a win/win ! The soft olive bread they serve with them was super good I had the vegan calamari rings and although I LOVE that thing, I was a bit disappointed : the batter was not super crispy and I wish there was something a bit fancier than the mayo and the dressing-less salad to go along, but it was still good. The Chickpea tempeh skewers were BOMB ! I don't like tempeh made of soy but this one was delicious, with tons of caramelized and pleasantly soft onions on top. We wanted to have a burger as well but we were already quite full after those 3 dishes (it was only two of us). I tried a strawberry and rose Sangria that was really good, but the price (7€ for one big glass) is just way too much I think.... All the non-alcoholic beverage cost the same as the ones with alcohol which I don' really understand.
Read moreWe had the tirawmisu for dessert that was quite disappointing to me as well, because there was no soaked biscuit, even raw, it was mostly cream and chocolate on top.
Overall a very good experience tho ! I'll try the burgers next time for sure !
Pros: large variety of tapas and other dishes, gluten free, nut free are clearly marked, cosy place with good vibes
Cons: too pricey for the quantity , no terrasse

Une superbe découverte ! - Edit

This place was so close to the beach and had such a warm atmosphere. The food was delicious but portions were pretty small so just keep that in mind! Unfortunately, we didn't get any sangria.

Went here for lunch today. A little cosy place tucked away in the shady streets of Barcelonetta. Really friendly staff and a great menu - lots of raw options as well as lots of tempeh and seitan too. Had tempeh skewers for starter - probably the best tempeh I've ever had - so delicious - also had courgette spaghetti with a walnut and verde pesto - again super tasty and amazing. Had the bRAWnie for desert - as you can imagine, also tasting super. Great selection of drinks too. Lunch was just under 30 EUR for the two of us and probably the best meal I've had in a long time. Can't wait to go back for dinner one day. Worth the walk from the city - be aware that they close between 16.00-19.00 hrs and only take bookings for parties of 6 or more. Best to get there early if you want a seat.

really good vegan food! burgers and raw mains - Edit
The raw mains are basically two different zucchini spaghetti dishes. Having already had that, I went for the Bruno burger. This patty was creatively based on lentils and came with some salad-esque accoutrements. For a starter I had the tempeh skewers which was very tasty. For dessert I finally got back to raw food with the bRAWnie raw brownie. Very good with goji berries on it. Overall, it's a relatively Health-focused vegan place with raw offerings near the beach!

A must go to! - Edit
I loved everything about this place! The look and atmosphere is so unpretentious and so...authentically spanish (at least what I imagined it to be!) The sangria I had was divine, the mint they used was so fresh and robust I could smell it from across the table. I had a burger which was also an A+

So delicious in the mouth. And what about the sangria... the taste of the one we chose was also so good ! (The cider/orange/lemon one).
Seriously this place is a must-see&go !
Pros: nice waiters, great and fun food, good sangria

Ok food, good sangria - Edit
The best part of this place was their drinks. We got "the vegan aliens" appetizer which was zucchini with tomato, pesto and vegan cheese and it was pretty good. Otherwise the veggie burger was just ok, it felt apart a lot. They have vegan paella too, but only on Thursday! Bummed we missed it.

Favourite Veggie Restaurant in Barcelona - Edit
The best vego food I ate in Barcelona was here! They have a long list of sangria (with non-alcoholic options), tapas, burgers and raw foods. I chose the Venus to drink which was rose wine, dry vermouth, lime, mint & strawberry - just amazing! From the tapas menu I ordered the calamari, which are made from soy and konjac - so much like the "real" thing! My main was the Bruce burger, which had a patty made from seitan and shiitake mushrooms. 100% go here!
