A lot of different vegan options available, clearly marked. We had the Käsespatzl and Kaiserschmarren. It was really good and nice to finally get to try these foods. Would especially recommend the Spatzl.

Leider für die Portionsgröße recht teuer. Dort bekommt man in anderen Skihütten in Sölden fürs gleiche Geld etwas größere Portionen, aber leider nicht die Auswahl an Gerichten.
Dieses Jahr haben wir die Käsespätzle probiert. Wir ha en es noch mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer nachgewürzt. Ansonsten ganz lecker. Es freut uns sehr, dass das vegane Angebot in den Skigebieten weiter wächst. So viel Auswahl wie bei Bubis gibt’s in Sölden auf der Piste nirgendwo.

A few years ago, they had two or three vegan dishes. Meanwhile, the vegan selection is huge 🤩
Unfortunately quite expensive for the portion size. There you can get slightly larger portions in other ski huts in Sölden for the same money, but unfortunately not the selection of dishes.
This year we tried the cheese spaetzle. We have seasoned it with a little salt and pepper. Otherwise quite delicious. We are very pleased that the vegan offer in the ski resorts continues to grow. There is no choice as much choice as with Bubis in Sölden on the slopes.

Veganer Traum für die Skipause - Edit
Mega viel Auswahl an veganen Versionen der traditionellen Speisen. Wir haben uns im Skiurlaub durch die Karte probiert und sind begeistert. Besonders gut geschmeckt haben die veganen Käsespätzle, das Knödeltrio, das Gemüseröstl und der Apfelstrudel. Der Kaiserschmarrn war leider ein wenig trocken. Mehr Apfelmus gab's aber kostenlos auf Nachfrage. Auch der Burger mit Pommes war durchschnittlich. Trotzdem ein mega tolles Angebot und lecker! Der Preis könnte günstiger sein um die veganen Optionen attraktiver zu machen.

Das Bubis bietet sehr viele Tiroler Klassiker in vegan an. Ich konnte mich kaum entscheiden bei so viel Auswahl.

I was so happy when I saw the menu cause they don‘t only have so many vegan options, but also a lot of traditional main dishes (including dumplings, Kaiserschmarrn and Gröstl). They also have a different vegan soup every day and vegan drinks like hot chocolate. I really liked the Kaiserschmarrn. The dumpling trio (Knödeltrio) could have been better tho, I didn‘t really like the texture.

The mere fact that they have a vegan à la carte menu, with 2 soups, 2 main dishes and one dessert (vegan kaiserschmarren!) would merit 5 stars in an Austrian Ski Area. The food is excellent, service super friendly. I’m a fan!

Super schöne gemütliche Hütte mit Lagerfeuer und kleiner veganer Karte. Leider hat uns der vegane Kaiserschmarrn nicht überzeugt, er war eher wie die Streusel auf einem Kuchen als Schmarrnteigstücke und viiiiiiiel zu süß!!! Die vegane Erbsensuppe war sehr lecker - Preislich ist das Bubis wie die anderen Skihütten etwas gehoben😄4 Sterne, einer Abzug, weils eben noch potential beim Schmarrn hat😄- vllt mal mit Seidentofu versuchen...

Only place to get vegan food on the mountain - Edit
I ate three times at this place. They offer a different vegan dish every day as well as a vegan soup and vegan Kaiserschmarrn. The Schnitzel was not very good, however the Maultaschen and Geröstl was very nice.
Read moreIt is the only place on the mountain where you can get real vegan food (if you don't want to eat salat all day) since all the spaghetti and stuff contains egg in this area of Austria.
