Specialty Coffee Available with Vegan Brownie - Edit
Here I had a Colombian specialty coffee made in the V60. The experience was the best possible, as the microlot I tried was really spectacular. There was a vegan brownie option, which was also very tasty and paired well with the coffee. The waitress was super nice and friendly and attended to me very well. Here's how it works: you place your order and pay at the till, and they give you your coffee wherever you're sitting. He communicated very well in English, as it is customary in Brussels as a whole. The place has several tables to sit at. The only downside was the very high price of the V60 method with this microlot, which I only realized when I paid.

Tinha uma opção de “brownie” vegano, que também estava bem gostoso, e harmonizou bem com o café. A atendente foi super simpática e amigável e me atendeu muito bem. Funciona assim: você faz o pedido e paga no caixa, eles te dão o café onde você estiver sentado. Ele se comunicou muito bem em inglês, como é de praxe em Bruxelas como um todo. O local comporta várias mesas para sentar. O único ponto negativo foi o preço elevadíssimo do método V60 com esse microlote, que só me toquei na hora que paguei.

Had a lovely oat latte and two buns! Only saw two vegan options but maybe there are more! The two buns were very tasty tho!! And great latte art!

Coffee paraphernalia - Edit
This is a coffee place right next to the fine arts museum. There is a lot of paraphernalia including a rack of 50ml falcon tubes (anyone who has worked in a biology lab will understand) which makes for interesting decor.
Read moreThe coffee itself is excellent. In terms of vegan options, they have a few vegan cakes. We had the chocolate hazelnut brioche and chocolate brownie, both of such were very good.
