No vegan options - Edit
There are no longer any vegan options. The employee said they have a new owner but they haven’t updated the menu on their website.

No longer have tofu banh mi - Edit
Cafe doesn’t have sandwich deli menu anymore, just a few premade sandwiches and salads in the fridge and a few soups available. They have pastries but none are labeled as vegan, also with coffee/tea drinks. Fridge had packaged Asian noodle salad and chickpea salad that were labeled as vegan, and they had a curry butternut soup that was also clearly labeled and great! Barista didn’t seem too thrilled to discuss any available vegan options after telling us that their website wasn’t up to date and that they no longer have the vegan banh mi sandwich that everyone was raving about! Wouldn’t have stopped if I knew they no longer carried it.

Solid lunch spot - Edit
The coffee is alright but the lunch menu is really great! There are several marked vegan options and additional items that can be made vegan.

Decent latte in Manchester - Edit
Cute coffee shop located on a popular corner in Manchester VT. They offer plant based milk alternatives for their coffee drinks. Their breakfast sandwiches all contain animal products expect for one which is labeled “The Prius”. It contains vegan sausage, avocado mash, tomato, and sprouts on an english muffin. I ordered the maple cardamom latte with oat milk. The coffee shop was small and I didn’t find many vegan food options that day. There is outdoor seating. The coffee shop is adjoined to the Northshire book store, so I was able to stroll through and look at books while enjoying my beverage.

Great vegan options- strongly recommend! - Edit
We went here 3 times during our stay in Manchester, VT: the vegan options here are fantastic! I’ve tried their vegan breakfast sandwich twice and their tofu bahn mi (get without mayo to make vegan) and their Vietnamese noodle bowl once each. Everything is delicious. They also have a selection of plant milks and some vegan snack items!
