I had the vegan bowl which was very tasty . There were other vegan options available as well

Tasty and reliable vegan options - Edit

This is our go-to spot when we’re in the area. It’s a build-your-own burrito/bowl/taco with good, fresh ingredients. You can customize with some delicious vegan combinations. I love the roasted mushrooms. Pro tip: ordering the salad gets you a TON of food.

Service can be hit or miss because they hire high school kids, but it’s fast.

Good, solid fast casual Mexican food - Edit

I’m not a fan of mushrooms, so I didn’t get their mushroom/avocado option. Instead I got a salad with pinto and black beans, corn, avocado, rice, pico de gallo, roasted corn, and pickled onions. It was a lot of delicious food!
