Cozy Atmosphere, Very Limited Menu 🥢 - Edit
We only had the vegetable stir-fry noodles, and they were good. However, the menu overall was extremely limited — from what we saw, it was basically just the noodles and veggie sushi, without much else to choose from.
Read moreThe space itself is small, cute, and cozy, which makes it a pleasant spot to sit and enjoy a casual meal. A broader selection would definitely improve the experience.

As opções estão bem sinalizaras no cardápio, e o prato que eu pedi estava bem gostoso, mas achei a porção pequena

Fabulous place with a delightful owner and great Asian food. - Edit
We loved the atmosphere of this sweet little restaurant and the nice selection of food - sushi and stir fry with different flavours.
Read moreWe asked for the spicy curry as it’s hard to find spicy food in Argentina! It was all lovely but not really curry as we know it. The noodles in the pad Thai were particularly tasty.
Home made kambucha and even home made ginger. Yummy!! Owner was so friendly and genuinely interested in us enjoying the meal.
Pros: Nice restaurant and view, Lovely service , Great range of delicious food
Cons: Restaurant has a fishy smell when we arrived , A bit expensive

Our fav spot in El Calafate - Edit
Only items on the menu that are vegan as others stated are the sushi and a pad Thai. But it was SO good and the owner was very careful when cooking. We went twice bc it was so good.

Best of El Calafate - Edit
Bocanada was my favorite restaurant in El Calafate, where decent vegan food was hard to find. It’s run by two people and their friendly dog. I tried the Sushi and the Pad Thai. Both were prepared fresh and tasted delicious. I think this place is a no-brainer for vegans, however, food takes a while so be prepared to wait an hour for prep.

Sharing portions are small! - Edit
The main vegan option is a pad Thai. It was nice but the sharing portion was tiny for two people. About $20 USD for the pad Thai and some jasmine tea. We left hungry. This is very expensive for Argentina!

Great presentation, food was fine - Edit
We ordered a sushi roll and a wok with fried rice and veggies. Food looked nice. Too bad they don’t have tofu or other substitutes. Sushi is just with carrots, cucumbers and avocados.

Pad Thai was a bit bland - Edit
I agree with the other folks here- tried the pad Thai and it was overpriced and bland, and could use some tofu. Staff were very friendly though!

Overpriced sushi and pad thai is not Thai at all - Edit
Sushi was good not great and too expensive (I guess it was more or less 1,5k). Pad Thai is not authentic as it lacks flavor and costs 1k. Staff is nice.

Nice but expensive - Edit
The sushi is really good but on the pricey side, even for Argentina. The Pad Thai was nice but not really a pad Thai, just an Asian noodle dish.

Nice but expensive - Edit
I wanted something healthier and I was glad to eat some veg and noodles. It was expensive though, that’s why I’ve marked it down to 3 stars. It cost about £14 a person for a main and a couple of beers.

Great sushi and veggie noodles - Edit
We ended up getting dinner here twice. The vegan sushi platter is awesome and surprisingly comes with fresh wasabi! The veggie noodles were really tasty and just what we were looking for, the only thing it really needs is tofu. They also do takeaway so you can enjoy our food at home after a long day hiking.

Fantastic Sushi - Edit
We ordered sushi and noodles with veggies. The sushi was amazing, the noodles dish needed little more taste. But the overall cute little place, went back for seconds.

Fresh veggies! - Edit
Good location and hours, friendly service, excellent fresh veggies. Only 2–3 vegan options, but they are clearly listed. I wanted to try the vegan sushi after reading other reviews, but it was $20 usd for 16 pieces 😩 Though our server said they could do 6, 8, or 10 pieces. The vegetarian noodle dish was delicious and around $13 usd

Best sushi we’ve ever had - Edit
While nothing overtly vegan, the couple that owns the place suggested and made us a vegan sushi and a noodle dish (I think that’s it in terms of options). Noodle dish was fine, but the sushi was actually UNBELIEVABLE). Freshest veg and wasabi/ginger, and we loved it so much we came back every night of the 3 nights we spent in El Calafate. Highly recommend!

flavor and style - Edit
I noticed this sushi place and thought I could find something new in the meat laden region Calafate is. The owner was not open yet but she invited me inside and I found a veg section on the menu with noodle dishes and vegetarian sushi. She verified the noodles and sushi would/could both be vegan. I ordered the noodles and it was a good portion and full of perfectly cooked and seasoned Asian veggies and whole wheat noodles plus peanuts. If I'm back in town I will eat there first.

Cons: pricey, a little far away from main downtown
