Oldie but a Goodie - Edit
We enjoyed a Saturday evening dinner here recently. We had the Vegan Survival Pack, which has vegan queso and guacamole. The vegan queso was especially good, which I find is hard to pull off. This was an appetizer and was a generous portion. For dinner, my husband and I split the Wildmushroom Ramen (request no egg) and the Bravas 2.0. Both were delicious. The ramen was a huge portion and they did not skimp on the mushrooms. The Bravas were perfect. What's not to like about potatoes and tacos together!? We enjoyed the toffee basket for dessert.

I don’t know how to feel - Edit
Okay so this place has a lot of options and most items can be made vegan. However, when I get food from here I am never really satisfied! Everything kind of gives me like an oily vibe especially the sandwiches like good taste but then it feels like a brick in my stomach. Have tried a variety of menu items but nothing is really it for me. This might just be my taste buds I would give it a whirl and see what you think! Just not my jam and had to keep it real for you people.

My favorite! - Edit
The hazelnut toffee basket is incredible, and I usually also go for the verduras tacos as well. My favorite restaurant in the area, I just wish it was fully vegan.

Yummy!! - Edit
I literally wanted to try everything on the menu and the fee things I tried only made that more so!! Everything was delicious, and the service was great. I had the ramen special and had a hard time stopping myself from eating more when I got full, so tasty!! Food came out quickly and wait staff was so polite and friendly. I am not from the area but if I was this would be a go to spot!! Hope to come back soon

We’ve been eating here for a decade and absolutely love the food. I wish they’d go fully vegan! Lots of vegan items or ability to make items vegan. Our fav is the Robusto sandwich with root chips! Friendly and helpful staff.

Great date night spot - Edit
I live up the road from and incredible small vegetation/vegan friendly restaurant. Their food is impressive to all people that go. I brought my dad who rolled his eyes when i said i wanted to eat here (does not understand being vegan lol). He loved the k-pop cauliflower. My friends frequently do brunch here. Friendly staff. Make sure you make reservations!

Great food iffy service - Edit
Food was excellent, lots of items have cheese or dairy unfortunately- it’s very easy to omit. Our server wasn’t very attentive, she left for long periods of time without returning to refill drinks or the check, however I’d go back in a heartbeat.

pretty presentations - Edit
Family who love in the area, all non-veg, took us to Blue Sage on our visit, and we all loved our food! The portions were ample, the combinations creative, and the presentations were so pleasing. The space was really big with many dining areas, and out family said it's not often been crowded since its move from the previous location. I can see how others have commented about lacking service, though ours was okay, though we'd definitely return when we visit again!

Unique variety/menu - Edit
They are a nice restaurant. Several vegan options. My non-vegan friends even like it. They have lots of unique dishes so as long as you don’t mind trying new foods, you’ll like it. People who like standard ingredients might be a little hesitant to try things.

Great food, terrible customer service. - Edit
Food was great, once we got it. Service was slow and they didn't bring over the coffee (which says it's included in the brunch) until we asked for it, which I thought seemed odd. What if we didn't ask? Customer service was lacking after I mentioned my experience. Wouldn't go back.

Wow - Edit
I was in PA for work and read reviews so decided to go to dinner at Blue Sage. I’m used to small portions at vegan spots so I ordered an appetizer, the tostones, and the Korean bbq cauliflower tacos on the GF blue corn cakes. I was blown away! The tostones are definitely made to share since it’s a HUGE portion of the fried plantains (think large chips) and a delicious avocado, pickled onion and corn guacamole style dip. Then. THEN. The tacos. Crispy tempura cauliflower covered in the most savory, slightly spicy Korean bbq sauce, topped with pickled onions and spinach and garnished with a savory black garlic aioli. I had plenty of leftovers. I’d like to say that I enjoyed everything as my lunch the next day at my conference but let’s be real- those tacos were calling to me from the hotel mini fridge so I savored them shamelessly late night while watching bad tv. Eat here. You’ll never regret it.
