Best restaurant I’ve ever been too - Edit
Best food I’ve ever had with great ambiance and kind staff. Went twice when in Copenhagen. Once for breakfast where I got the tofu scramble on toast with an americano and danish. All of it was amazing! Went back for an apérol spritz, pasta carbonara, and tiramisu. All vegan and divine! Must visit!

I had a blast eating at Bistro Verde. I loved the atmosphere, my dish was really tasty and filling the portion was so generous! The staff was lovely as well and I had a great time eating next to all those cute dogs pics 😁

Sooo good! - Edit
This restaurant is FANTASTIC! I ate more food here than I thought I could physically handle. The carbonara was out of this world and I tried the salmon smørrebrød which was such a unique offering at a vegan restaurant. The bruschetta and fried mushrooms were also delicious. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the cheesecake but everything else was so good that they still get 5 stars.

The winter bowl was slightly too small. But taste was good. My two fellow guests got lasagne and bourguignon. They also liked it. Would like to come back.

Nice food - Edit
I ordered the carbonara and the portion is really big. I think it’s for two people amount. I’ve also asked for some chilly sauce and it tastes really good with the dish.

Great food, very friendly service - Edit
We had the Carbonara, the "Chicken" Burger and the Mousse Cake. The carbonara was okay, not salty enough for my taste. The burger was really a highlight, the patty was so crispy and it was perfectly spiced, I would never have guessed that it was made with mushrooms. The Mousse Cake was also really good. It's not cheap but I guess that's a Copenhagen thing.

Great vegan food in Desert - Edit
There aren’t many vegan choices in CPH but even if there were Bistro Verde would stand out. The food is delicious and artfully presented and the setting is upscale. Looking forward to going there again!

Marvelous ❤️ - Edit
I took my team of 8 “conventional eaters” into Bistro Verde, and all of us were extremely satisfied. We had ‘Chicken burger’, ‘Steak’, Lasagna and Bourguignon, all of the starters, tiramisu and mousse de chocolate and every single piece was delicious.

It is always a pleasure to shatter the prejudice about vegan food being just grass and dull with rich flavors and delicious meals! Oh, and folks working are nice and helpful! Thanks😄

Ridiculously good, don't miss it - Edit
This was the one restaurant we made a reservation for, on our trip to Copenhagen, and we're so glad we did! Warm, welcoming staff, romantic table, crowded-but-friendly. The food was exceptional — even the carbonara pasta, a simple meal, was something special. If you're squeamish about meat-like substitutes, be aware the "juicy marbles steak" is a mycoprotein dish with a texture so close to beef it was bizarre (but delicious!). That was a "wow" dish for sure. The chocolate mousse cake was rich and intense.
Read moreIf you're a tourist, not only is the restaurant a short walk to Kongens Nytorv square or Amalienborg Plaza, but it's just a block from the "kissing stairs" at the Sankt Annæ Plads stop, one end of the line for the 26 bus which runs every 15-20 minutes.
Pros: Charming ambience, Wide menu variety, Convenient location
Cons: Expensive

We stumbled across this lovely cosy place by accident, and wow, what a lucky accident that was. It was a very cold January day and we wanted some comfort food but did not expect to find a fully vegan one.

Do whatever you want, but if you don‘t order the fried cauliflower, you‘re doing a mistake. We went back there the next day to get it again haha.

Gutes Essen - Edit

Tiramisu was the star of our lunch - Edit
It’s a cute restaurant. We went for a lunch. Smørrebrød was very delicious. The mushroom bourguignon with mashed potatoes however lacked flavor and salt. Tiramisu was super delicious and rich in flavors.

4.5 stars - Tasty but not excellent - Edit
We came here once during the day for a mid-day treat (pumpkin pecan pie and smørrebrød). That was very delicious! Then we came back another day in the evening for dinner and had the pumpkin soup, carbonara pasta and mushroom/mashed potato stew. The carbonara was a bit bland and lacked flavour unfortunately. For dessert we shared a pistachio tiramisu which was good but also not wowing us. All in all very good place to eat, but there are better vegan restaurants here.

Knowing you’re going to a 100% vegan restaurant immediate puts you at ease. Mid-afternoon or a Saturday and I got a nice table in comfortable cosy surroundings. Of course the other advantage is there’s lots of options. I fancied juicy marbles steak but I have that at home a lot some opted for the mushroom bourguignon with a crispy cauliflower starter. Both plates were delicious and ample sized portions.

A little underwhelmed - Edit
I had the salmon smørrebrød and a side of miso sweet potatoes. The bread was alright but nothing spectacular, and the rocket/arugula was not so fresh (some leaves were turning yellow). The sweet potatoes were also okay. I tasted my friends’ pasta carbonara and fried fish bread, I think they tasted better than what I picked! So maybe I was just a bit unlucky this time.
