Serves meat, vegan options available. Korean-inspired Asian fast food chain founded 2013 with its first outlet in Ohio. An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup confirmed vegan Feb 2020. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

Bibibop is such a solid lunch option. Their bowls are HUGE, with lots of options to build a vegan bowl including the Tofu Bowl or the Plant-based Power Bowl. I did the Tofu bowl and it was great - crispy, well-seasoned tofu, yummy japchae (sweet potato noodles), and sooo many veggie topping and sauce options!! Super yum 👍🏼 They do DoorDash and UberEats.

Great Plant Based Bowl - Edit
