Best juice in town

This was a cool little place. Close by to The Beverly Center and was lucky enough to find street parking. Juice was really good and customer service was great!

Pros: location, menu options

Juices, Smoothies, Raw Ice Cream

I had read about this place on happycow, and here's my Beverly Hills Juice review.

I had seen this place for years and finally decided to come and check it out. It's located just across the street from The Vegan Glory restaurant. It's a tiny, one-man operation. No food here - just juices, smoothies, and sometimes raw ice cream.

The strange thing is that everything is already premade. There is available a wide range of combinations of juices, but one cannot customize a juice. The juices are already made and kept in the large walk-in fridge part of the shop. I didn't even see a juicer.

There is a small freezer case, and inside is supposed to be the raw ice creams. Also, there were signs on the wall advertising the sale of supergreens and a few other things, plus a jar containing fresh carob pods for sale.

The man working here, who is likely the owner, seemed rather impatient when I inquired about his product offerings. Anyhow, I got a juice blend, and it was $4.50 (range from $3-5 each bottle) and left as quickly as possible. No chit chatting here.

Pros: good tasting juices

Cons: could be more friendly

The Best Place to get Fresh Juice

I have been coming to Beverly Hills Juice Club for years. Yes they are tiny and don't take credit cards, but they have the freshest, tastiest juices in Los Angeles. What I really enjoy is that they make the most of in-season produce and you can get delicious flavors like tangerine and papaya-coconut certain times of the year. I believe they use a macerating juicer which makes a thicker more nutrient-dense juice. Their green juice is a meal in itself! Do try their raw "ice cream" made from bananas and either almonds or sunflower seeds. Have them blend it with your favorite juice for an out-of-this-world shake. My favorite is the banana-almond ice cream blended with the coconut-apple-cinnamon juice. It's big enough for two or three people. Most of the time I'll pick up a green juice and an apple-lemon-ginger juice and take them home and blend them with some bananas and ice. I get 4 smoothies out of that. Don't forget to bring your own bag to carry your juices out in as they stopped giving out bags earlier this year. They do offer meter money, though, if you are out of change. :)

Pros: the freshest around, unique combinations

Cons: take-out only, cash or check only
