Carta vegana en plena sierra - Edit
Bar Canijo fue una grata sorpresa en plena Sierra de Cádiz. Se agradece que haya pensado en la clientela vegana y ofrezca su propia carta con platos de origen vegetal, variada y muy rica. Recomendado si visitas Algodonales.

They removed the fish from the dish - Edit
It went wrong with ordering, i got a dish with fish. They just removed the fish and gave it back.. classic. They changed the plate when I asked for it, but all the plates we had were not very tasteful. But its not expensive.

Overall glad we went but was unlucky in that the salad had a hair in and the moussaka was cold inside so had to get it sent back to re heat. Such a shame as was very tasty but by the time it came back I was too full to enjoy more of it. Impressed they had vegan cheese.

The vegan and vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu, and they also have a 2-course meal that's different every day and you always get vegetarian options (and usually vegan, too). They're super friendly and the food is great. I am obsessed with their homemade vegan burger (made of garbanzos, mushrooms, red peppers and nuts).

We had a lovely tapas type meal where we ordered lots of dishes and shared them, the tomato salad was amazing, as was the beetroot hummus! Also the burger was super tasty if you’re looking for something a bit more substantial.
