Lucky to find vegan food here

We were grateful to find a restaurant with a vegan menu in this small rural town. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our favorite tapas were the padrones peppers. Next came the avocado with delicious vinaigrette that had minced veggies (though the avocado was not in the best shape) Champiñones were good too. Burger was dry and we would not get it again. They could have toasted the bun, included some pickled vegetables, had larger pieces of iceberg lettuce instead of shreds that fell out when you bit into it. 

Pros: Multiple clearly marked vegan menu items, Delicious vinagrette with avocado tapas , Delicious roasted padron peppers tapas dish

Cons: Plain dry vegan burger with untoasted bun
