A little hard to find but worth it. Lots of options from bagels and sausage rolls, to cakes and croissants. Coffees available too. Ideal to purchase before a train journey everything is delicious !

How amazing to have a vegan bakery in the train station - Edit
I had been wanting to try this Bakery for a while since my previous visit to Zurich in June. I almost purchased an item here but the queue was so long I decided not to risk missing my train. But I took the length of the queue as a positive sign and vowed to arrive earlier the next time I was in Zurich HB. That next time came last week and I very happily ordered a lox bagel as well as a golden latte (with espresso). The bagel was outstanding. The flavor of the carrot lox was what made it so memorable. I think it would have been better with a toasted bagel but I understand that inside the train station that’s not really feasible since these are not made to order. Still, it was so delicious that I’d order it again. 5 stars!

You can find the bakery on level -2, the train station is really confusing, but on the lower levels you should find boards with the different shops listed.

The bakery is located 2 floors down from the main level of the train station. It’s a small shop but has lots of options. I tried the raspberry pastry and sesame croissant and both were great! It’s hard to find a good vegan croissant but this place has them.

Dream bakery with sweet and savoury breads. Something for everyone and my special highlight was a seeded bagel with garlicky cream cheese and smoked carrots. So tasty I will dream about it. If you miss smoked salmon this is for you!

I was happy to find this bakery during a day trip to Zürich. Conveniently on the lower level of Zürich HB, this bakery has a large selection of breads and baked treats. Individual sweet treats are on the larger size, so be prepared to share or save half for later. Very kind staff.

Read moreThe chocolate croissant was fantastic and the bagel sandwich was great too. The pastrami and schnitzel were on another level, must try items. Iced coffee was very delicious as well.
They also have a small selection of hats, bags, and other to go deli meats snacks.
World class experience for vegans. Couldn’t recommend more.

Avevo scoperto questa panetteria a Berna e l'ho subito cercata appena arrivata a Zurigo. Ogni volta ci lascio un patrimonio, ma esco dal negozio con tanto cibo liffo, sia dolce, sia salato. Questa volta ho comprato anche la versione vegana delle m&m's e le meringhe!!

Every time I end up spending a small fortune there, but I leave the shop with lots of delicious food, both sweet and savory. This time I also bought the vegan version of M&M’s and some meringues!!

Absolutely best bakery in Zürich and everything is vegan!! The bakery is located at the central station. It’s quite hard to find, but you have to go down. Ask the staff at the station. They know.
Read moreI came here every day and tried multiple patries and everything was delicious. From sausage bread, cinnamon rolls, cheese pie, croissants and their sandwiches. This was my life saver in Zürich and I can recommend everyone.

For its small size this bakery offers ample vegan options. I had a regular crookie and a Butterbrezel both of which were delicious. The Butterbrezel had scallions which amplified the taste. The staff was nice and efficient. There aren’t any seats so customers have to find some in the train station.
