I go there all the time and I love it! They offer so many things like desserts or also just bread, coffee and croissants! It‘s just so nice go be able to go into a bakery and you can choose from everything because everything is vegan!!! But they not only offer baked goods, they also have some packaged sweets, ice cream and drinks (mostly fancier things that you can‘t find in the supermarket).

How awesome: a bakery where you can literally pick anything. Great taste too!
Read moreFor first time visitors it can be a bit tricky to find the place. The bakery is located in the shopping centre, at -1 of the station. Search for Gessnerallee there, you'll find Bakery Bakery between the stairs to platforms 6/7 and 33/34. If you enter the shopping centre from the street via the stairs in Gessnerallee, you'll walk right past the place.

His place is really nice. Everything is vegan. As a French person who didn’t eat a croissant for a long time, I can say it was really good tasty! Loved it! It is also no super expensive.

Didn't realise there were two Bakery Bakery locations, the one we went to didn't have seating so we went to the river to eat which was really lovely.
Read moreThe person working there was so lovely and friendly, which we found to be uncommon in the German parts of Switzerland.
We chose 4 gipfels (croissants) and luckily 3 of the ones we chose were already heated up. The spinach was the clear standout. Very enjoyable taste, and texture of the gipfel and the spinach filling.
The ham gipfel filling was like a mince texture, which we hadn't been expecting. The taste was ok, not very ham like.
The plain gipfel was ok, a bit dense, but also this was the one that wasn't heated up.
The chocolate creme gipfel had a delicious and fairly crunchy exterior, but there was too much chocolate creme/custard for my liking, and it had a bit of a dark chocolate taste. My partner really liked it, but I preferred just eating it without the creme.

Bakery bakery is a fully vegan bakery selling not only patisserie goods but some juices, sweets, chilled and frozen vegan products as well.

Do yourself a favor and get the “schoggi gipfeli” (chocolate croissant) from them! I also had the ‘Lax Bagel’ with vegan cream cheese & ‘salmon’ and it was amazing! Really recommend this spot to get something before your train ride ☺️

Geniale Auswahl und leckere, kreative Produkte. Schön auch, dass es hier Comfortfood gibt, die man aus nicht-veganen Bäckereien kennt wie Berliner oder „Schinkengipfeli“. Ich liebe den Schokogipfel und den Berliner. Manchmal passiert es aber, dass ich ein Produkt kaufe, das schon etwas trocken oder nicht mehr ganz frisch ist, deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Heisst aber auch, dass immerhin nichts voreilig weggeworfen wird 🙌

I tried three baked goods here - a blueberry square, chocolate croissant and a spiral pastry that looked like but wasn’t a cinnamon roll.
Read moreThe blueberry square was chilled and delicious with flavors of blueberry and rich crust, sweetened perfectly so as not to be too sugary. The chocolate croissant was nice and flakey with melted chocolate inside. However the spiral roll was underwhelming - while it was perfectly sweetened, it lacked personality. I could taste a slight apple essence. The crust appeared day-old (I did purchase thse items around 8 pm , an hour before they closed however.
