première visite

Mes farcis et panis étaient tres bon. Service rapide et tres agréable. Comme dans les autres enseignes vegan je regrette les tarifs un peu élevés.... je reviendrai quand même.

Pros: accueil , situation géographique

Cons: tarifs

Cosy restaurant, but...

The interior was nice, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and friendly staff, but the food was cold when it was supposed to be warm and they put too much oil on it...

Pros: friendly staff, lots of vegan options

Cons: cold food

Go To badaboom!!

Pros: Très bonne atmosphere, Produits de qualité, Jus de légumes pressés à froid

Great place!

Okay so they are 99% vegan, the only thing they serve that isn’t is juice made with honey. The food is so delicious (the juice is fantastic and the cheesecake deserts 😍) The owners are so kind and agreed to take me in even though they were closing in 10 minds after I was so desperate to get some food since all the other restaurants were closed for the holidays and I was only visiting for one day. They really saved my life!!! I’m so glad I go to have their yummy food! 🤤

'BOOM'

Had a wonderful lunch here. Tried two of the salads, including the 'Plat du jour' which I believe is Badaboom's signature dish from the lunch menu. It was beautifully presented, with varied ingredients and left you full and satisfied. Also tried one of the raw desserts, which was good. Sadly, didn't try the cold pressed juices people mention a lot, but they looked great and I will have one next time I'm in Nice.
Menu is only in French but the owner speaks English so can explain everything to you. She's also a pleasure to talk to & I had a lovely chat with her.
Apart from the option with honey, this restaurant is actually 100% vegan, as there is nothing on the menu which is not vegan. :) So perhaps having it listed as vegetarian is a little confusing and could possibly put other vegans off coming here? However, I'm vegan myself, so do appreciate that it can't be listed as vegan while the restaurant continues to sell honey.
Don't understand why previous reviews on line would describe it as 'expensive', I think the food is very competitively priced for Nice and excellent value, considering the quality of the ingredients used.
I very much recommend this lovely little vegan restaurant & definitely try the 'Plat du jour' if you are there for lunch.

Pros: Menu ALL vegan , Nice location, excellent salads

Cons: Serves Honey.

Disappointed

not a lot of choice, a lot of "cold" food, small portions, and we were cold inside in November.

Good food and a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a great addition to Nice's burgeoning vegan scene, We both had a delicious bowl of fennel soup with potatoes and carrots, flavoured with various spices and herbs. As it was Christmas I also had a small bûche de Noël as dessert.

The couple running the restaurant both speak English and were very friendly and welcoming.

Pros: Fresh, tasty home made food, all vegan, Choice of vegetable and fruit juices, Friendly, welcoming and informal atmosphere.

Food with love!

Wow! This place is not to be missed. The space is really nice and there is wifi! Yay! There is no English menu but the man working (the owner?) was so helpful and translated everything for me. I ended up choosing the sweet potato hummus with quinoa and salad and it was delicious! The chef (his wife?) was chopping everything up right there. She even came out once when I was waiting to ask me if I liked figs. I said, "Sure!" And my salad included some delicious figs. It felt like I was at someone's house and they were preparing something just for me. So good!

Great Vegan Restaurant!

I visited Badaboom on my last day and really glad I was able to make the trip. You can tell there was a lot of passion put into this restaurant as it was evident in their delicious food!

In the short time I had, I was able to try the 'Salade Du Samedi' which amazing! (recommended) It went down really well with a fresh fruit juice which seemed to be a speciality of theirs.

The restaurant is ran by a couple who both were very very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend you make a trip down here! :)
