Cafe/cocktail lounge offering vegan wine, and many hot drinks which can be made vegan on request. Offers a selection of vegan nibbles including sundried tomato and kalamata tapenade, beetroot and dukkah hummus, stuffed vine leaves, selection of olives, flatbreads with oil, and artichokes with za'atar. Order items individually or as part of the 'Planty Board' which comes with two glasses of vegan Malbec. Also has vegan shakes. Provides treats and water for dogs. Not good

Note - check out my images for an insta vs reality.

We went to albert and co about 8 months ago now but just seen it appear on here now to review. We went on a weekday and there was only us in. The food was inedible - looked nothing like what they were advertising on their insta page and we couldnt finish it all

Nuggets from the freezer, barely warmed through and with some wierd sweet sauce on them. Stale bread that fell apart. Soggy, old, cold chips. I never like to complain about anywhere and will always find a positive but it was insulting to be served food like that.

They may have improved since we went but id never go back to find out. Awful.

Excellent

Lovely cafe by day and awesome cocktails by night (you can get them in the day as well). Lots of the hot drinks (e.g. Plain hot chocolate and chilli hot chocolate) can be made vegan upon request. The vegan milkshakes are quite something and the occasionally vegan bakes are also delicious.
