The vegan options consist of a hummus plate, the house salad, the roasted beets and arugula salad and the vegan burger patty substitution you can get with their burger meal (ask for it without cheese). There are a few vegetarian options that could also potentially be made vegan: braised fennel and fried brussels sprouts. Open Mon-Sun 5:00pm-9:00pm.

Amazing!

I usually don't rave about restaurants that only have one or two vegetarian options. But the few veg dishes they had were outstanding.

For appetizers, we ordered the lettuce wraps and Brussels sprouts without the cheese and bacon. Both were good, but they didn't compare to the entrees.

My husband asked that the portabella be made vegetarian. He could not stop raving about the mole sauce. I had the vegan polenta. Without exaggeration, it was the best polenta that I've ever had. The coconut curry sauce was rich and delicious, and the roasted cashews rounded out the dish perfectly.

The staff was professional and helpful. The dining room was decorated with paintings by local artists. Overall, it was a great meal with lovely atmosphere. We will definitely return.

Cons: No vegan dessert , Only a few vegan options ( but those are great)

Very good option in Taos

Spent a week skiing in Taos. Food was phenomenal

Pretty good if you're in Taos w/ non-vegans

They offer vegan options, which is saying a lot for Taos area. Tempura was especially good

Pros: Vegan tempura, Impossible burger

Cons: Serves meat, Not crazy good vegan opts
