Very vegan friendly! I had the Molly tweaked a little for a vegan and also had beans and rice with avocado a different day. Try the Thai slaw!

Love the Taos Cow - Edit
The portabello mushroom sandwich can be made vegan. Several other entres can be made that way as well. They are very accommodating. It is delicious! I wish they would make a sorbet for us vegans. This is a terrific place to meet friends and enjoy a soy latte.
Pros: Unique community, Food is always excellent, The staff is very helpful
