limited but good options - Edit

Few vegan options but open to adapting some dishes. I had the rice & beans bowl with avocado & tomato added, which was delicious.

They serve everything on disposable paper plates with plastic cutlery, which was odd (and environmentally unfriendly). The contents of my rice & beams "bowl" were stuffed into a small Chinese-food takeout box, which was both unattractive and awkward, but when I asked for a real bowl said they didn't have one.

Pros: a few yummy vegan options

Cons: paper & plastic dishes & cutlery

yum!! - Edit

Very vegan friendly! I had the Molly tweaked a little for a vegan and also had beans and rice with avocado a different day. Try the Thai slaw!

Love the Taos Cow - Edit

The portabello mushroom sandwich can be made vegan. Several other entres can be made that way as well. They are very accommodating. It is delicious! I wish they would make a sorbet for us vegans. This is a terrific place to meet friends and enjoy a soy latte.

Pros: Unique community, Food is always excellent, The staff is very helpful
