Yikes, though. - Edit
2 stars, because I’m grateful there was a vegan option at all, but I’m not sure it was worth the money and calories, and certainly not worth the hour we had to wait.

When visiting Taos, let me just recommend the vegan sushi at Smith’s.

Delicious but Costly - Edit
This was amazing pizza. However, even the best pizza is not worth the $34 I can’t believe I paid (not including tax and tip). This was for a 12 inch, their “small.” Our waitress was super nice in helping us figure out the vegan options: gluten free crust (+$3.50, their regular crust is not vegan), soy cheese (+$2) and garlic oil base (+1, their marinara is not vegan). A local told us the next day that their prices doubled overnight so he doesn’t go there anymore. All in all a great pizza but would not go here again because of the price and the high upcharge for vegan items, particularly because there are several other options in town.

loved my pizza - Edit
I ordered the gluten free crust and had the sun-dried tomato sauce with red onions and mushrooms. The crust was thin and crispy and on the table there were several spices like red and green chilli powder and I enjoyed trying different flavor combos. The craft beer was super. I liked this place a lot. Wonderful local ambiance.

Appreciate the vegan options.....however would not recommend. - Edit
Our pizza was barely edible and expensive too. The person who took our order was only certain that the gluten free crust was vegan. The crust was awful.
