Not vegan, but great options and great service - Edit
Typically, sushi places are easy to get by with when in need of a meal. This place has a few vegan options, that are marked as such on the menu, and they are fantastic. The vegan rolls are great, and very filling. Service was pretty great too. Staying in Harrison Hot Springs for the weekend, and vegan options are limited (to say the least). If you’re here, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

OK place with some vegan options - Edit
This small restaurant in Harrison Hot Springs offers mostly Japanese dishes (sushi, ramen, yakisoba, udon, donburi, tempura) and a few Korean dishes. There are some vegan-friendly options on the menu; I had the seaweed salad, veggie roll, and cucumber maki. The food was pretty basic, nothing exceptional but also nothing to complain about. Portion sizes are quite generous, especially for the yaki udon. Expect to spend a little under 20$ per person (including tax and tip).

There’s not a lot of options at Harrison, this is probably one of your best bets. All the food we had was tasty, I think the ramen was just packet noodles but as long it’s vegan and tastes good I don’t mind too much.
