Great food

Variety of options to choose from the menu,
This is even pocket friendly.
The taste was good with one portion was filling enough of one person.

I tried laksa and fried rice both were amazing

Pros: Super healthy, Choose your own menu, Pocket friendly

Signature asam laksa

Tried their signature asam laksa, though it's not the best, but it's still one of the top asam laksa in town, very generous portion, super big bowl. Take away their fried enoki mushroom, broccoli and satay, all taste good too, worth trying.

The best value for money Chinese food

A simple and very popular outlet, with a big a la carte menu and also daily buffet-like options. Very affordable and yummy food.

Pros: All vegan, cheap, simple

Cons: Can get crowded.

No Respecter of Laws

I should advise anyone, who is intending to go to this shop or has been patronising it, to cease going there. The owner is no respecter of the laws in Singapore. The Singapore government has made it a rule that all food stalls must observe social-distancing, in that patrons should not be allowed to sit shoulder-to-shoulder. But the owner does not care about the law. Not only does the owner allow customers to sit close together, but she is also unbothered about the social-distancing rules.

The place is highly polluted with covid virus!!

Cheap and good

Got a simple plate for only 3$. It's quite simple: rice, veggies, pumpkin but perfect for a low budget!

Super good food for little money

I had the Chicken Noodles and they were to die for. Loved everything about it.
Portion is quite small so if you're hungry you might need another little snack but considering the price that is totally alright.
They have a special vegan menu.
Staff didn't really speak much English but communication works.
Nice place.

Pros: Very good food, very affordable

Delicious and affordable

We had the dumplings, Assam Laksa and the curry noodles. Especially the curry knocked us off our feet - so good! And under 15$ for 3 dishes is a steal. Loved it!

Busy vegetarian eatery at chinatown

We were there on a saturday night and the eatery was fully packed with people. The counter informed us that waiting time is required but the dishes were served very quickly. The portions were huge though the flavour of the dishes were a bit lacking. Not a must eat place but if you are in the area and crave some cheap zi char dishes, this is the place to go.

Pros: Good portions, cheap, Food served quickly

Cons: Busy eatery

Not My Bowl of Food

i ordered the herbal soup noodles, a plate of rojak, and a plate of plain fried noodles with some fried beancurd skin. they cost $10.20 in total, which i feel isn't entirely justified. apart from the huge amount of noodles, everything thing else came in a small portion.

i had the herbal soup with noodles, and the soup was good. it had a nice herbally taste that isn't too strong, good for people who don't usually favour herbal soups.
however, besides two stalks of vegetables and half a thinly sliced mushroom, the bowl was all mock meat, which i do not fancy. there was nothing else to criticise other than the lack of fresh greens, nor was there much to compliment.

in all, a nice place to have a quick meal in chinatown if you don't want a veggie-laden meal and are down for some mock meat.

Nice Food, Good Value for Money

The asam laksa is a boom and must try item if you love something spicy and sour! The portion is good for money too!

They have so many vegan friendly items and I definitely will go back to try again!

Tip: Their hot dessert is $2 per bowl and quite a decent portion! Taste yummy!

Pros: Good food

Cons: It can be quite hot sometimes

Not bad

Had the knife-cut noodles (definitely not handmade) with olive vege. It’s topped with fresh veggies, which I really love. Some might think it’s greasy but I find it good. $5

Cons: Not entirely vegan

hidden find in Chinatown

Not many ppl would notice this vegetarian eatery at the streets of Chinatown! It's a small shop with lots of vegetarian variety, must-try includes the Bak kut Teh mee sua filled with lots of ingredients! Saw lots of ppl eating the Assam laksa too - something which I would like to try on my next visit!

Pros: good variety, affordable prices, accessible, walking distance from Chinatown MRT

Cons: ambience is quite dark, small place
