Tasty, Quick, Value for Money - Edit
Great street side vegan Chinese/Singapore food. Very cheap and large portions. Food is very tasty but not super healthy. Quite salty and plenty of oil. Excellent if you’re looking for big flavour.

Insanely good! - Edit
I would’ve gone again had I been in Singapore longer, the satay and crispy noodles were so tasty, so many options, staff so inviting, really decently priced, and very popular with the locals, and the monks!

The Real Deal - Edit
The owner and her crew were doling out portions of all-vegan deliciousness at speed, but she took time to give me several great dishes over white rice, brown rice (actually a wonderful red rice) and noodles. Three big portions for $15 Singapore. Good people, good food!

Without a doubt the best meals we had while in Singapore were here- thoroughly recommend the laksa and sweet and sour “chicken”. Laksa is only $6 and so delicious. There’s limited seating so you may end up sharing a table with a stranger, but it’s worth it!

Very busy & full of options 🤩 - Edit
The place is not big, we had our meal in one of the round tables with strangers, each enjoying quietly their meal, because it seems to be a popular restaurant where many locals go to.
Read moreIt is very cheap for the BIG portions of food and has many many options! It says vegetarian on the app but it might be fully vegan (not sure tho, but didn't seem to have dairy nor eggs on the menu).
Plus, it's very well located in the middle of Chinatown, which is beautifully perfect to stroll around after having your stomach filled!
Pros: Cheap, Many options, Popular and tasty

Must try! So popular and delicious food - Edit
Amazing food! It’s mostly vegan (if not all) and we had the pineapple rice, mango chicken (I think) and my boyfriend had a ‘pork’ dish.
Read moreIt looks basic from the outside but was so popular with people filling up every table. One of our best meals in Singapore!
FYI their contactless card reader had a ‘near miss’ and didn’t work for several minutes at the end, and we nearly had to run back to our hotel for cash, so would recommend bringing a physical card or cash just in case!
Pros: Huge variety of options, Plenty of seats, Delicious fake meats
Cons: Recommend bringing a physical card or cash

Best value food in Singapore - Edit
We found this place in the maze of Chinatown thanks to the Happy Cow app. It was packed with locals and not long before the kitchen closed. A table became free and we quickly ordered as we didn't want to miss out. The prices were so good we assumed the portions would be small, so we ordered loads. The waiter seemed surprised, and we realised why when the massive portions came out. Everything was super delicious, the Lasksa, Tofu claypit and amazing noodles. We stuffed ourselves and had to waddle back to the MRT to go to our hotel and lie down. Really tasty food, big portions and an authentic & welcoming atmosphere.

I can’t remember the name of the noodle dish I ordered, but it was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, I couldn’t understand how to use PayNow (first night in the country) and didn’t have cash, so they let me use my card instead.

Honestly, this place is a vegan foodie experience. Cheap, quick and casual, but incredible flavours. It's exactly what you want. The f*sh curry and hot pot were so good that when we had a layover in Singapore three weeks later, we left the airport just to go back here.

Fully vegan? - Edit
So far as we can tell this restaurant is actually vegan rather than vegetarian. See menu, as at March 25.

In response to this listing downgrade from vegan to vegetarian; I today asked the guy in charge (via a Chinese speaking customer who offered to translate); what they offer that isn't vegan. The guy seemingly in charge replied approx 3 times pretty confidently, that all they sell is vegan.

So delicious yet so budget friendly - Edit
This place is godsent. Extremely hole in a wall place but the food is amazing. Can't believe it's so cheap too. Went with a couple of girl friends and tasted at least 5 the Cai Png dishes and ordered a Zhi Char style asam sotong. None disappointed, it was so good we couldn't decide which we like best.

AMAZING LAKSA - Edit
We ate here as a last minute decision and weren’t expecting to be blown away like we were. Highly recommend the laksa, which was so flavourful without being too spicy. We also had the curry noodles which were very delicious too! Can’t beat this place on price for the amazing flavour and quality of food you get.
