Nothing in the bakery case was vegan and vegan burrito is now only rice, beans, and veg. No more vegan cheese and egg, apparently. I got the plain avocado toast and it tasted fine but was TINY.

This a great local community spot in Edwards Colorado where I go for unique quality coffee and food regularly. It's one of three Yeti's locations in the Vail Valley and has a high end Synesso espresso machine that pulls divine shots, for one thing. The big rare plus is that they make their own almond and oat milk onsite so I don't have to worry about unhealthy preservatives and additives.
Read moreThe primary vegan option is the Chorizo Burrito with roasted potatoes, hatch green chili, vegan cheddar & eggs. Vegetarian options include the toast with avocado, tomato, olive oil, red pepper flakes & black lava salt, the oven-roasted tomatoes, mozzarella & pesto sandwhich and the plain or everything bagel with cream cheese or nut butter. They also have GF, Organic, Non-GMO breads & cookies. I've found the staff and local owners to be exceptional, very friendly, and knowledgeable on the regular.

Cons: Would love more vegan options.
