All food is pre-prepared and ready to mix n' match including entrees, sides, soups, salads, dips, drinks, desserts. Veg options include vegan and gluten free Buddha bowls with seasonal, roasted vegetables; sides such as roasted vegetables, roasted butternut squash wild rice, sautéed green beans, roasted Brussels sprouts, curry cauliflower and vegan Butternut squash soup. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-5:00pm, Sat 12:00pm-5:00pm. Closed Sun.

Great vegan grab and go options. - Edit
I pick up the Buddha Bowl often (vegan, gf). They also typically have at least two homemade vegan soup options. It's in the Riverwalk area so it's near many businesses including the bookstore, movie theatre and the environmentally friendly fill/refill store. It's really nice to eat outside by the Eagle River.
