A bit dissapointing - Edit
There was very little noodles in my ramen, there is an option to add extra noodles, but I wouldn't expect the default to be so little. Also it was very oily. The taste itself was ok, but I probably won't come back.

Superb ramen! - Edit
I devoured a delicious bowl of Tatamen Ramen. One of the best ramen bowls I have ever had. The Tatamen ramen is perfect for a cold, rainy Warsaw winter evening. I am tempted to get another bowl after finishing this one. It is that great! A rich broth, perfectly and uniquely seasoned with a variety of textures.

Disappointing, unauthentic food and distracted waitress. - Edit
Our visit was a disaster (6th of January). Pop music playing in the restaurant was very loud and the waitress (female, straight and black hair) couldn't make up her mind what music she wanted to play. I had to shout to my partner to have a conversation. I asked the waitress to reduce the noise. She did that but 15 min later slightly increased it again. We placed our order and she wrote it on a piece of paper. We ordered tea, jackfruit on tofu (szarpany chlebowiec na tofu) as a starter, small spicy miso ramen, large tantanmen ramen, and donburi with tofu. First, she brought the jackfruit, small spicy ramen and danburi. We were confused about the order food was served to us but we ate the jackfruit starter first. It tasted like mush, the texture was uniform, and flavour was very bland. Spicy ramen wasn't that spicy and tasted gritty like it had pieces of nuts floating in it. After waiting some time we asked the waitress when is she going to serve the tea and large ramen. Turned out she forgot that we ordered that and she went to place an order in the kitchen. She said she won't charge us for the tea. In the whole restaurant, there was only one more couple which left halfway through our visit, so the place was almost empty on a Saturday evening. It's not like the waitress was super busy. When the Tantanmen ramen arrived it was also gritty and as a meat substitute it had black lentils - that's a horrible idea, it didn't match the dish at all. The donburi with tofu was also very disappointing, basic, and unimaginative, it had some tasteless sauce. As soon as we put our spoons down the waitress cleared our plates. We wanted to leave that place soon so we asked for a bill and paid with a card. Before leaving we wanted to finish our tea that arrived towards the end of our meal. After 5min the waitress topped this bad experience by saying "I would like to close the cash register, can you pay?". We stared at her blankly and said "We already paid 5 min ago". She looked through the receipts and found that we had already paid. We left the place baffled, the food was unauthentic and lacked flavor, service was really bad.

The tantanmen was so creamy and delicious, and the vegan egg was fun. Their portions are super filling. We really liked the decor and vibe of the place. Bonus points for a clean and nice restroom.
