Tasty - Edit
Getting into Penticton in time for a late dinner, we met our friends for dinner. They suggest Wild Scallion, since they had a majority of vegan dishes, but still had teriyaki chicken for the one non-vegan/non-vegan sympathizer in the group.
Read moreVery good choice. My wife and I had the spicy Thai noodles and the salad rolls with the braised shiitake mushrooms. Both were fantastic. The noodles had a nice spice with a sweet soy based sauce and lots of shredded veg mixed in. The salad rolls might have been the star, since the shiitake addition was fantastic. So much earthy umami flavour that was nicely paired with crispy fresh carrots and veg.
Pros: Options for everyone, Good sized portions

Clean atmosphere, delicious food! I highly recommend the salad rolls with peanut sauce, it’s amazing! I love adding mushrooms to my salad rolls. And the no-bake desserts are amazing! 😋😋😋😋

Good little spot - Edit
Good spot if you’re looking for a casual and laid back cafe. Mostly vegan but not fully. We had take away from here twice - noodle dishes were okay but needed more sauce. Big portion. Rice rolls are really good. Desserts were all tasty.

Almost 100% vegan menu - Edit
Just happened to come across this cafe when wandering around Penticton. The menu is basically vegan apart from a few strangely added in meat options, which I didn’t even notice until reading other reviews. My dad had a Thai curry soup and loved it, I had a triple chocolate raw hazelnut torte. Even though I’m vegan I’m not always 100% sold on raw food and generally will avoid it in restaurants (especially with desserts) but the torte was so good, really chocolatey and just generally yummy. I’d definitely come back here if I was in the area!

Improving with time. - Edit
Really enjoy the atmosphere here. It's super simple and looks disorganized in certain parts but the vibe is very nice and the outside tables on a sunny day on colourful front street is awesome. I used to eat a fair bit here and after a long break I was surprised to see the portions had grown which is exactly what was needed. I was full of delicious vegan options and the staff are super chill.

weirdly not vegan - Edit
This place was almost vegan but had chicken on their menu and a couple of other non-vegan things. We had been warned of this by happycow but I still found it an odd choice. The food was mostly raw but it had some good options and we enjoyed our food as it tasted fresh and healthy. Good range of drinks too. Wish we had tried the vegan brie!

bland food - Edit
We ordered several vegan menu items & everything was so bland. The "pad Thai" is just noodles with peanut sauce- no veggies or traditional sauce...not even cilantro or sprouts. The prices are also crazy, considering the quality of food & atmosphere.

YUM! - Edit
I went there with my mom the other day and it was soooo good! definitely recommend. Everything was super flavourful and delicious and the service was great! I had the carrot, pineapple curry soup on special, my mom had the vegan Alfredo which wasn't like you typical alfredo but way better! We also shared the vegan brie which had blueberries and a garlic oil on top and it was to die for. We were even liking off the plate! The menu is also almost all vegan besides some chicken and fish.

Cute Place, Good Food - Edit
A friend and I stopped here for a light lunch and both enjoyed it. The food was good (vegan brie with crackers, salad rolls and dessert balls) and the service was decent. My friend's salad rolls fell apart right away but tasted good. I would definitely go here again next time I'm in Penticton.

good food fast - Edit
The staff are nice and answer questions. The food must be mostly pre-prepared and comes quickly after ordering. It's tasty and still tastes fresh. I preferred the main meal over the dessert but both were good. I'd go back. Plenty of vegan options.
