My coffee was hot! Honest!

Nice little coffee joint on Westminster. Nice selection of bagels that are made vegan. I think there's some room to further develop the vegan bagel sandwich options there, but I was happy with my bagel with tofutti cream-cheese, and a coffee.

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. I'll be stopping in again sometime soon. Cheers.

Pros: Nice atmosphere, Good coffee, Vegan Bagels!

Cons: Not a ton of vegan options, x, x

Delicious baked goods & coffee!

I got a bagel & vegan cream cheese and there were other vegan baked options. It was delicious with their coffee on a drizzly chilly morning!

Pros: Multiple vegan options, Knowledgeable staff, Welcoming environment

Great coffee and snacks!

White Electric is one of the best coffee spots in PVD hands down. They offer an all-inclusive menu in a quirky, artsy setting and I've always found their staff to be lovely!

My favorite cafe

Love their bagels and bagel sandwiches. Lots of vegan options, they offer Earth Balance butter and Tofutti cream cheese. They also have peanut butter and jam. For bagel sandwiches they have avocado and cream cheese sandwich and hummus and tomato sandwich. For regular lunch sandwiches the Hummus and Veggie can be made vegan if you take out cheese or mayo, and the goddess dressing is vegan. And they can be made as wraps, on bread, or on a bagel. They also have soy and oat milk for coffees and lattes.
They also offer Larabars and Clif Bars off to the side with mugs, t shirts, and their white electric ground coffee for purchase.
Very friendly staff, quick service, casual vibe, and good prices, but small cafe so when it’s busy it can be packed and may not have anywhere to sit.

Pros: Delicious food, great vibe, Quick bite to eat, Lots of vegan options

Cons: Small cafe so seating can be limited if busy

Average

It was an average non vegan place. The bagels were good and staff knew what was and wasn't vegan. The cinnamon raisin bagel was good and so was the coffee. They had soy for the coffee too. Prices were good but the vegan options were a little limited. I also liked the Cliff bars at the front counter.

Pros: cheap, good bagels

Cons: few options

Awesome local coffee shop

I wish we had places like this where I live, all we have are chains. I had a bagel with Toffuti Cream cheese which was toasted to perfection. My husband had a pretty awesome looking hummus and sprouts sandwich, it was nice to have vegan options for breakfast while in town without relying on the unreliable salad bar at Whole Foods.

Pros: Inexpensive, Several Options

Cons: Parking, Not a lot of tables

Cool local coffee shop

If I lived in Providence I would definitely go here quite frequently! This place had a sweet local vibe and came highly recommended by the people of Providence. Think about making an effort to support this place before going to one of the many Starbucks around town. I loved the vegan hot chocolate and could probably drink some everyday. Also, the bagels are locally baked so the employees know which ones are and are not vegan. I liked that tofutti cream cheese, but would definitely try the hummus on my bagel next time.

Pros: Delicious vegan hot chocolate, Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Cons: Could use more locations

okay.

i went there excited about the toffuti cream chesse, cause i thought it would be like other places... (in NYC and concord NH i have had stellar veggie toffuti CC which is way better somehow from the store stuff) but it was just regular stuff which is okay. if they gave me just a little bit more CC i wouldnt have argued, but they give you a pre packaged thing of it. there is soymiik for your coffee. next time ill just get earth balance for my bagel, soymilk for oatmeal sounds neat too.
