Small vegan stall in the food court department of the Emporium building. There are about eight pre-cooked dishes to choose from with rice. Uses mock meats. Note: Food is cooked off-site and heated with a microwave. Reported closed to HappyCow 2020.

Very good and cheap

This is a hidden gem in the mall. Not sure why happy cow has marked it as closed as we ate here just a week ago. The food was very good and very inexpensive. Would highly recommend !

Not vegetarian??

I honestly have no clue the lady didn’t speak English and I reckon I might have eaten meat accidentally despite it apparently being a vegetarian store..... veg dishes were good but I probably won’t go back, too stressful

Not vegetarian- found chicken leg in soup

Bought noodle soup (Khao soy) here today and there was a CHICKEN LEG in it. Nearly threw up. Spoke to the food court manager who said the soup was not part of Walee even though it is sold at the same stall by the same people and there is nothing to indicate it contains meat. I would give zero stars but the Happy Cow system makes two stars the minimum

Cons: NOT VEGETARIAN

go if closeby!

A few tasty choices - rice 2sidedishes of choice for 80baht - tasty, good portion in an otherwise pricier foodcourt

Pros: tasty, somewhat ok price

Cons: in a luxury mall

fast and tasty!

I really loved this place. I ate here a few years back. It took a moment to figure out this food court’s system, but it was easy enough to work out. While I did love it, I wouldn’t make a special trip for it. There’s tons of vegan street food available. If you’re in the area it’s a no brainer.

great vegan food stall

Wale Vegetarian is a small vegan food stall located with many other food stalls in the food court of the Emporium building ... super friendly and helpful staff ... I had a sampler plate (70 baht) without rice so I could taste all of the dishes available... food is pre-cooked, displayed and then heated in a microwave when chosen by a customer ... the dishes were tasty and spicy ... a little bit more expensive than some food court stalls but worth a visit if you are nearby

Pros: vegan food

pretty good, not hard to find

Hi just wanted to share a tip because everyone seems to be having trouble finding this place from Emporium. My recommendation is to enter through the Emquartier side instead - it's much closer to Walee. Food is decent, nice place to stop if you're in the area. It's very close to Veganerie, a vegan bakery inside.

Pros: all vegan

Cons: premade, not fresh

I liked it better than other reviewers

This is a reasonable choice if you're in the area around the Phrom Phong BTS station. The Emporium, as noted, is an upscale mall. You enter directly from the Phrom Phong BTS station. The food court is on the fourth floor. Walk all the way back on the fourth floor. You'll see a Burger King. The entrance to the food court is just beyond. Buy a ticket, and return the ticket before the end of the day to get your balance back. When you get into the food court, turn right where it says "Thai Street Food Express" then Walee is about five stalls down. You get rice and two dishes for 80 Baht. I am having what looks like a mock meat with shredded ginger and tofu in a sweet soy sauce. The portions I got are reasonable. The food in the buffet gets cold, so they microwave your plate. I think the food is just slightly better than Terminal 21, the very popular veg buffet nearby at Terminal 21. I find that Terminal 21 has some very spicy dishes. This costs a bit more than Terminal 21 where you can get rice and three dishes for fifty baht. The ambiance is quieter than Terminal 21. Note that the location of Walee does not appear to be correct (as of Jan 1, 2016) on the Happy Cow map. But the Emporium Shopping Complex is very easy to find as it is attached to the Phrom Phong station.

Pros: decent buffet food, nice environment, reasonable prices

Pretty good

Firstly, I had an incredibly hard time finding this place. It is indeed in the Emporium building in the food court, but it's really far in the back. Almost as far as you can go. And only ONE person out of me asking about a million people who worked there knew of it by name. So frustrating! I was also sad walking by live and clearly distressed crustaceans on ice. Really depressing. But I finally found my way there.

Today, 9/12/2015, there were 10 dishes to choose from. And none of them are marked as to what they are. Was happy because I knew they were all vegan, but it would have been nice to have them labeled. Because of this I don't know the name of either of the dishes I got. One was really good, but the noodles, at least for me, were way too spicy!

Very reasonably priced at 70 Bhat for two options with rice.

Pros: Vegan!, Good value

Cons: Too hard to find, In a very busy mall

Good Fast Food

This is expensive for simple local food but it's in a high class type shopping mall so what can you expect. You get a coupon when you walk in and then pay at the end. 70 baht buys you a small plate of broccoli, for example.

Pros: 100% vegan, Fast

Cons: Little bit pricey, Food will not be hot
