I always love popping by a Voodoo Doughnut when I come across one. The atmosphere is fun and quirky. I love the voodoo doll (for funsies) and the maple doughnut.

Disappointed in this Voodoo - Edit
I love a good Voodoo doughnut… but this ain’t it. I’ve been to locations in Portland and Vancouver, and was expecting the same experience at this one. First off, the doughnuts tasted old and stale, second though is they tasted lower quality in general. My all-time favorite Voodoo doughnut is the maple cream, and this one didn’t taste right. Other than being a little stale, the cream did not taste like the others I’ve tried. It was bland and virtually flavorless. Very odd.
Read moreI would say if you’ve never been to. Voodoo Doughnut before, I don’t recommend this location be your first experience. If your are looking for a mediocre donut fix, have at it.

California doughnut - Edit
I like that have a variety of vegan doughnut options. These doughnuts are huge too. Definitely worth the trip. I came on a great day because they were having a 30% off deal as well.
